The recent heavy rains have resulted in substantial debris accumulating in the Shivajinagar Intake Channel. This has significantly disrupted the water supply to Tezu. Compounding the issue is the remote location, situated 4 kilometers away from the nearest road, which complicates the restoration efforts by PHED Lohit District. They are working diligently to resolve the situation, but it may take some time to restore normal water supply conditions, informs the PHED Officials.
