Hey Mike, I just wanted to say that your photography is absolutely stunning! The way you capture light and detail is truly inspiring. Keep up the amazing work!
I have watched all of those who are involved in these project, and since then almost instantaneously changed my perspective to street photography. Composition and way of taking pictures is so much different because I’m always inclined on doing landscape photography now additionally cityscape is also a part of my photography. Thank you Mike sir Robin and everyone. Truly gears matter also. ❤😊🎉
Tat book looks incredible! I loved hearing all of you guys’ different opinions on what motivates you nd how you make sense of the world through your photos. I loved your video on your own book. it left me feeling so inspired to shoot!
Great video but I have to comment - finally someone on UA-cam who loads their film in the MP correctly! When I see others load the film, then take 2 load shots and not turn the rewind knob, I get instantly worried.
@deltapete Great images, I have recently found your channel after seeing your Andalucia video. You have really inspired me to try some street photography when I'm in Seville and Cordoba next week. 😎
Watched the documentary, You guys did some great work, and glad you got to see Joels exhibit while in town, he's been an inspiration for me a long old time.
Firstlight101 -- I enjoyed the video of Malaga and particularly the shots you took along the way. I would agree that it was laidback, but then that's the way I like street photography. Cheers...
Hi Mike, only been following your channel for a couple on months; was actually 'introduced' to yourself by Thomas Heaton's video of the Andalucía project! Really love your work and your style of films. You really have inspired me to try something different in terms of photography, away from my landscape photography passion. Now I really look forwards to seeing another of your films put up on UA-cam. Having seen your Malaga film, now off to try my luck on the wet streets of Tynemouth!! Thanks for helping me on my photography journey, Cheers, Andy @louchromsey
I’m watching this video so late but man, your photographs are beautiful! I wish the book was for sale! It would’ve been cool to add it to my collection!
@victormsf -> hi Mike! I'm amazed by how beautifully you capture the essence of the streets. Your ability to blend colors and elements with the people in your shots is truly impressive. Cheers from Portugal! 📷👌
Great video Mike, always fancied going to Barcelona but not made it just yet. I loved watching yours and a couple of others videos on Andalusia, not sure if I watched The Real Sir Robin but watched yours and Thomas Heaton’s, possibly a couple of others but it was a while back now. I enjoyed seeing the different approaches from yourself and Thomas, Street Photographer and a Landscape Photographer as I shoot both myself, we’ll try too. I’m probably too late to win the book, pity it’s not for sale, I think they’ve missed a trick there don’t you? Especially as the whole idea was to promote Andalusia.
Do it, it is a very rewarding way to shoot!! I have been doing it for a few years and love it. Something abut the 2 medium styles that is very relaxing to do at the same time!!
I've been waiting to see the result of all those people we know so well....doing the same thing. Great marketing idea ....and a good outcome for them....and we the viewer. 😀✌👍
5:50 --> That is what I love about visiting Europe. Almost in every country you go, and almost any city, there are photo exhibitions by significant photographers. When I traveled around Europe couple of years back, I found thrilling photo exhibitions everywhere - even in small towns and villages! Here in Norway (Oslo), not so much. Photography is not seen as a "proper" artform here, and I wonder why that is. Sweden and Denmark is a bit better than us, but not by _that_ much
Hi Mike, recently came across your vids and just wondering if you’d recommend a particular way of getting into photography for beginners? Be interested to hear how you started etc. Thanks 🙏🏻
Awesome work as usual Mike, just jumped and bought myself a Leica 🎉! You definitely inspired me 😊. Fingers crossed that I win the book as many of my favorite photographers featured in one place is not likely to happen again 😢
Malaga is such a fantastic place for photographers like us. I look forward to returning February '25, and it would be a real treat if the exhibit was still up! Great work and congrats! @danhaug
I had freezing problems with my Q2, basically what i needed was a really big high speed card to deal with the file sizes, once i got one of them ive never had a problem since.
Commenting quick before watching the documentary. Love the content, keeping up with you and a few others on here is a huge inspiration, keep it up! _ceedoubleu_
This is very nice and I like it. But it is funny - regions make these things for promoting and support tourism, and then, few years later, they are surprised, that there is overtourism and demonstrate against, like in Mallorca or Barcelona.
Seeing each photographer's video documenting the project inspired me to take a 2 month trip to Andalucía later this year! Love the work that you do Mike and I'm glad to see you back in Malaga photographing! @ry2drew
@stillsbyjo - been following the story behind the Andalucia project and it is truly inspirational, making me want to travel more to capture what I normally only do in London where I live
I expected Malaga to be a very touristy and crowded city, but there's so many empty streets in your video 🙂, and beautiful light indeed. But eh...what a shame the Andalucia photobook is not for sale! Time to watch the documentary now... @renedehaanfoto
Love your work, especially on film! This video also brought back memories of my time in Barcelona and Seville many years ago. Really a shame the photobook isn't for sale! @framesbynames
Outstanding work as always Mike. Your images are just so easy on the eye. But stunning at the same time. And that light is something else. A massive well done pal. @darrenkynochurbanlife
Very nice shots, I thought the m11 pics were film!
Haha great!

So excited to see you feeling inspired and running out to shoot with the MP!
That book is beautifulll
Every time I watch your videos it inspires me to go out and shoot! And now I’m starting to think about shooting film aswell!
What a terrific vlog. Love the photos and your channel! Well done.
Congrats on the doc premiere and great photos!
Following you all the way in this process. Love it :-)
Great video but I have to comment - finally someone on UA-cam who loads their film in the MP correctly! When I see others load the film, then take 2 load shots and not turn the rewind knob, I get instantly worried.
Good on yer mike, some very special moments captured there in a very special part of the world........ and with wet film too, top................

Wonderful video and photos. Did your film have to go through airport xrays?
Hey thanks for watching! leaving malaga they went though X-ray machine yeah.
Love your videos! You inspired me to borrow camera from my friend, go outside and take some shots - the new hobby begins - thank you!
So inspiring Mike Congratulations on your accomplishments Big time

I saw the videos you shot and the photos you took, truly beautiful. It would be an honor to have a copy of this book in your home!🙏
@printdevil - Mike, your videos are more entertaining than watching England scoring in the 95th minute!
@stupask Have you spent any time with the new M6. Wondered how it compares to the MP? Really enjoyed the Docu. Watched it twice so far!
Nice work!
GREAT !!!
@xp2_m6 I love the photo of the palm tree taking its dog out for a walk!
@sk8boylu - Congrats on the Andalucia documentary.
pesh0 - that'd be my first photo book ever, I'd love that
I'd love to get that book please :)
Great video! Have to be in it to win it 😂

Did i see an MP and what else did i see?
Nice video! Any freezing issue with M11-P?
I had freezing problems with my Q2, basically what i needed was a really big high speed card to deal with the file sizes, once i got one of them ive never had a problem since.
@@idocreativestuff read about freezing issue both Q3 and M11 on Leica forum.. But some say a high speed card has solved the problem for some..
@@andersphansson The Q3 got fixed early on with a fw update. M11 and M11p still are having issues.
Nice!
I want so bad this book 🤞🤞🤞🤞🍀🍀
Mike, I LOVE southern Spain… I should have been part of the Andalucía Project… Lucky guy, you. Blessings. @fotografiagsf

The doco was so good. Also, those Meyerowitz photos 😱 So incredible… keep up the good vids mate..

Am I too late for the book comp? Either way it's a comment and an entry anyway 😜😜
