3D PRINTED ANGLE GRINDER

Hi Guys, I'm back again. In this video, I will make an angle grinder with my 3D printer. It's really powerful with motor 775. I've designed 2 blade covers in this video, the first one didn't fit with the blade so I changed the design and It fits perfectly. Hope you guys like this video. If you cad out the whole product it'll give you a better idea of the fit. You didn't add the arbor or the grinding disk and ended up having to extend the shield. Fdm material is not sufficient for tools of this nature. I highly suggest you purchase a grinder rather thank make your own. Most grinders have multiple bearings to isolate the motor from the forced on the arbor.

Thanks, mate! For safety concerns, I can design a better cover with thicker walls and cover in the end But it'll take more time to print so I just print a simple one.
