Fire, smoke, meat, primitive, traditional.. Delicious Memories, Hell Yeah!
👍
Exactly... Good food - putting a smile on their face. The best reward there is!
Money is good too. 😂
Joe your interviews are really really good. Keep 'em comin' brother! 👍👍
Thanks for watching
Totally agree! Something that really stands out is what he said toward the end, and I can really relate to! "Feeding people is one of my love languages". Spot on! Treat all of your dishes with that kind of passion and you cant go wrong!.
@@drillsgtlangdon definitely agree. he's a great guy. cant wait to go back
BBQ is a noun and a verb. Love it! So true
Yea. It was a fun conversation
This was an excellent interview and I believe if you keep working it; this channel will grow and grow - video on - ( but don't burn out)
Appreciate it! That’s the plan. Haha.
Another great video! Can’t wait for the next one!!
Appreciate it. Thanks for watching
Wow, what a wise and honest man! Definitely will be hitting up his barbecue!
Definitely do! If you do tell him I said hello
Loving the content lately Mighty Joe! Always look forward to your videos also glad to see the Knox’s Ave name change the true OG’S “If you know you know”
HA! I can confirm you’re a true OG. Haha
Great interview. The man is very passionate on BBQ.
He sure is

Hello from Tilley's Stick Burner BBQ ✌️
👋
Great Interview Joe!
Appreciate it!
Great conversation👍😊
Thanks!
great video. great to see some philosophy of why things are done and how.
Yea. This is the part of bbq I really lijr diving into
Many interesting perspectives on deeper things not normally discussed. Very much appreciated this video, Joe. A lot to take away here.
That’s what I was hoping for. I know these interviews don’t get as much love as other videos do, but I think they’re just as important. Hopefully you can share it with some people that will find value out of it
Great stuff man
Appreciate it!
Great interview. Keep sharing the BBQ knowledge. Cheers brother.
Thanks for watching !
That was a fantastic video! I really enjoyed both of your perspectives. I hated for it to end😂 keep up the good work
Trust me. There was a lot more, but had to cut it down. Haha
Joe you need to hit up Clark Crew BBQ in OKC. I’m pretty sure it’d make top 50 of it was in TX. Not to mention he’s open 7 days a week
Not sure the next time I’ll be around but I’ll keep it in mind!
Great interview and stories from both of you guys. I went there a few months back and loved it.
Appreciate it! Hope your bbq has been better since taking the class. Haha
@@knoxavebbq I learned several very useful tips I’ve been using since. Seasoning, a better way to tell when ribs are done, many others, but my absolute favorites was one of your knife tips for trimming briskets. Taking those longer knife strokes is a game changer. Thank you!
Great content!! The new name kinda fooled me!!
Haha. Explanation coming soon

My favorite BBQ in Texas. Way better than Goldee's
Not a bad favorite.
Now that I know about the channel name change, I'm watching the video, but I almost put a 'Not Interested' on the video because I don't like video's where they just pop up. Which is what I thought happened with this video. Yet another issue I have with your channel name change. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Haha. Ok. That’s perfectly fine. You and others can continue to voice your concern but it won’t change it. The fact of the matter is that I have a bigger vision and plan for myself than you or anyone else could have for me. I’m pretty transparent on this channel, but I’d be a fool to show you all the cards I have in my hand. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to watch it.
