Exercising every day is the best way I have found to prevent anxiety from creeping up. It’s not a one size fits all method but I think it would help the majority of people since most people do not spend nearly enough time exercising on a daily basis.

If I don’t take necessary action to combat my anxiety: Prayer, Exercise, Routine then I fall into a depressive state. It’s certainly possible.
