    Hey ya’ll👋🏾 I hope you’ll find this Wash Day Video helpful!❤️❤️ Healthy hair growth is more about what you are DOING to your hair than it is about what you are USING on your hair. Therefore, I intentionally chose not to mention any product brands and to focus solely on healthy haircare techniques. It is MOST important to have the techniques and understanding of haircare down FIRST before stressing over which products to use. I always suggest that you just start with SOMETHING of each product type (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) because your hair can still thrive and grow while you are in the search of products that work best for you so long as you already have a habit of handling your hair with care no matter what product you use. One bad product or product experience should not stop (or erase) your overall progress towards healthy hair/growth. Simply swap out the products you don’t like, keep the ones you do like, and keep going. It is a journey! ENJOY❤️

    • @BabyJamaica
      @BabyJamaica 5 років тому +16

      T Richardson so section your hair into 5 sections, make sure you have a separate section for ur crown, maybe you need to handle it differently from the rest of your hair. And make sure your sealing in the moisture in ur crown. If that doesn’t work go check ur zinc and iron levels... that could be the cause of the breakage

    Can I blow dry my hair after this or is it best to let it air dry

    • @TyJalayahRobertson
      @TyJalayahRobertson  5 років тому

      It’s best to let it air dry as far as maintaining max health (blow drying can increase dryness/drying out, split ends, and altered curl pattern/Frizz cause of the heat). So, if you can air dry, I would suggest towards that.
