Jon1st and Shield - ADE 2019

We're excited to share this highly technical set from Jon1st and Shield at ADE 2019.
The duo performed live on a variety of hardware, including a PLX-1000 turntable, a DJM-S9 and DJM-900 NXS2 mixer, a couple of TORAIZ SP-16 samplers as well as SQUID sequencer, culminating in a musical feast for the ears.

The impressive part is remembering their cues things jump around so they switch up instruments etc the really impressive part is remembering what they set in abelton - I would so end up playing the wrong parts 😂

Amazing too see you doing what I always envisioned could be done with jungle, turntables, controllers and keyboards. I knew the skills and technology would come together eventually and it's opened up so much fun and cool music. Had to sell all my kit a while back but trust me, your sound is so close to what I had hoped to achieve. Big respect.
