Love your punch needle. Some seasonal branches might be nice at the top of the cutting board. You are both so productive in all your different stitcheries.
Thank you. I will try out some seasonal branches or something like that. I get a little scared of over shadowing the needle work with embellishments some times. Thanks again
Hi Ladies I don’t know if you will see this but I would love for you to talk about the quilts behind you, the blue log cabin and the star one on the ladder. I have spent the weekend with you watching all your videos. Just love them. You are so lucky to be able to travel to so many shops.
Ladies, I found your floss tube channel three days ago and have binge watched all seven. I too, am a cross stitcher and quilter having returned to both after retirement. We live in GA now but lived in Tomah WI for over 30 years. Your “day trips” remind me of all the same quilt shops that my friend and I visited over the years. Hearing about the amount of cross stitch shops within your realm makes me question our move south! When you visit JJ stitches (and Julie), Mill Hill Quilts in Waunakee is not far from Sun Prairie and worth adding to your trip. Keep recording Floss Tube episodes as they transport me back to Wisconsin.
Thank you, Cathy, for your kind comments! Also, thanks for the added quilt store when we go to JJ Stitches! I LOVE that store! Hope you are enjoying retirement!
Hello from Northern Mn! So glad to have found your Floss Tube after hearing about you from Two Needles Pulling Thread. I’m returning to cross stitch after a many, many year hiatus. I’ve been quilting for about 40-42 years which I just love doing. I accidentally found Floss Tube and became excited about the new designs, fabrics and flosses! What a wonderful new world of stitching! I’m so glad to see that quilting and cross stitching are very compatible hobbies! I just binge watched all of your videos and enjoyed them all! Thanks for sharing all of your projects both quilting and cross stitching! I’m looking forward to seeing your next video.
Thanks Sandy! You sound just like us. We came back to cross-stitch about a year and a half ago. Started watching flosstube and discovered a whole new world. So many things have changed and improved!
I just found your channel and binged all of them! You ladies are so fun! I enjoy hearing of your road trips. I live in Iowa and all those shops are within a day of me and wasn't aware of some of them. I am inspired to do a road trip now. Happy stitching! See you next time!
Thank you, Angela! I think quilting is still my first love! I've been doing for so long! I feel like I can make a quilt a lot faster than I can stitch a sampler, but I won't give up cross stitch!
I absolutely love your podcast. Especially the quilting part. I also want to make small quilts and bought all three books. I’ve yet to do a project but I’m gonna now after seeing you ladies quilts. I gotta go binge watch the rest of your videos. I’d love to go shopping with you ladies. Looks like a blast.
Your finishes are lovely ladies!!!! I glad they took the pins out of your husbands foot LeAnn. My brothers was left in to long and got infected. Jeannie, no glasses gosh I can only dream. I only have a very tiny amount of cataract.
Jeannie's really good at remembering where we went! When we go to several places, it gets blurry for me. She likes going to different states, so I'm sure we will be doing more trips!
I am so glad I found your channel. You guys are great together. So nice to hear your accent. My husband and I are from Ironwood, in the west end of the UP. Giving me incentive to get busy.
I found your channel today and watched all episodes through 7. Wow, you are two talented ladies. I also notice how lucky you are to live near so many cross stitch and quilting stores. Great job.
What an epic road trip! Criss Cross is my LNS and it’s so nice to have such a nice shop so close. She’s come a long way in a few years! Enjoy 24 hours of cross stitch.
Jeannie, I thought of you when HOD showed the new beach chart with 15 small motifs that would be perfect for tiny ornaments. I want to travel to all the shops you visited!
Reflections is my not so LNS! I love Primitive Merry Christmas. Got the chart, started stitching and discovered my almost 60 yo eyes don't see like they used to when I was stitching way back when! Put it away, got a magnifying light. Now, where is my chart, can't find it/ Hurray, the lost is found. Put it in a good place, and it is lost again! Oh well, it will show up sometime! How did you two meet, and how close do you live to each other?
That happens to me too. I am looking for a fall project I started last year. No luck. LeAnn and I met through quilting 15-16 years ago and we now live about 40 minutes apart. ( I moved last year. We were about 15 minutes from each other). Thanks for watching and commenting.

Just found your channel. Fun video. The needle blings are beautiful. Where do you get the parts for the bling. You inspired me and I want to try a few. Also, I didn't quite catch the name of the fabric? Gribaldi???? The colours were beautiful.
Hi Jenny! Glad you enjoyed our video! The fabric is Garibaldi's Needle Works. One was Misty Gray and the other one was Olive Green. Both were 18 ct aida. I get the blong parts on Amazon. Look up either cabachons or bezel pendants. Sometimes you get the glass parts and back parts together in a package and sometimes you have to buy them separate. I started out with a variety pack that had different styles in one pack. Hope this helps. I watched youtube videos that had cabachon in the title to figure out how to make them.
I am having a problem with my fusible when making wool appliqué. It sticks very good to the wool piece but when I pull the backing off to fuse it to the main piece it doesn’t stick. Would you be so kind as to tell me what I am doing wrong and also what brand you buy that works properly. Thank you so much.
Tell your husband that you will be spending more money for being the “Nurse Ratchett” by reminding him to wear the boot. He will have a “rest of your life” chronic issue if he does not comply. The bone stimulator will not be fun but may be his only chance to have it heal!
He is being a "good boy" and using the bone stimulator. I am hoping that it does the job. I did tell him several times that if he doesn't listen to the doc, he will have trouble the rest of his life. We'll see how he does now!

You popped up in my UA-cam feed. Just binged watched all of your episodes! So happy to have found you! Love hearing about your trips”
Thank you! I just uploaded a new one! Should be up pretty soon!

Hi Linda! Yes we can talk about the quilts. We will on our next video.
You gals are wonderful! So glad I found you guys on Flosstube
Thank you, Tracee!

Thanks for watching Cathy. Wisconsin has a lot to offer. Love going on “day” trips there.

Thank you, Anne! We encourage you to plan a road trip! They are really fun! Give it a try.😃
Beautiful quilts! I don’t quilt any more, can still cross stitch, but that doesn’t mean I mind seeing beautiful quilts!
Thank you, Angela! I think quilting is still my first love! I've been doing for so long! I feel like I can make a quilt a lot faster than I can stitch a sampler, but I won't give up cross stitch!
Enjoy watching your floss tube
Love your finishes.
Thank you, Mary! Jeannie always has lots of finishes, so I'm just happy to have some once in a while! She's so much faster than me!
Your day trip sounded like so much fun! If I lived closer I 'd ask to go with you on your next one! Great stitching and quilts!
Thank you for your kind comments!

I glad they took the pins out of your husbands foot LeAnn. My brothers was left in to long and got infected.
Jeannie, no glasses gosh I can only dream. I only have a very tiny amount of cataract.
Thanks, Charlotte! Sorry we aren't seeing you this weekend! Maybe she will tell us when the next one is and you will be able to come!
I think I might watch again with maps to follow your trips. So much fun, and so many beautiful things. Thanks you!
Jeannie's really good at remembering where we went! When we go to several places, it gets blurry for me. She likes going to different states, so I'm sure we will be doing more trips!
Love you ladies!! So refreshing and fun. Loved all of your haul. Your road trips sound like lots of fun!-Missy

Just found you ladies, enjoyed your video very much!! Great finishes and the quilt behind you is stunning!!
Thank you so much for your kind comments!
I think it’s time to see your stashes. With all your hall. 😄
We would probably need to do it in segments as mine stash is ion different floors in my house, at least the quilting stash is.
I found your channel today and watched all episodes through 7. Wow, you are two talented ladies. I also notice how lucky you are to live near so many cross stitch and quilting stores. Great job.

It's nice to see you ladies!
Nice to see you on a Sunday afternoon here in Northern California
Thank you!
Nice stitching and finishing. I think I'll finish a few of mine . Thanks for the push to do so.
So glad to see another video, I had thought you were gone a long time. The quilts are fantastic. You two have so much fun together.
Thank you! We DO have fun! Its very nice to have a friend that likes the same stuff as I do!
What an epic road trip! Criss Cross is my LNS and it’s so nice to have such a nice shop so close. She’s come a long way in a few years! Enjoy 24 hours of cross stitch.
Thank you! We've never been to 24 hours of cross stitch. Looking forward to it!
Nice to meet you both this past weekend. Fun video! 😊
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you, Blaine! It was a fun weekend!
I hate auto-correct! I spelled Blynie! But it kept changing to Blaine! Sorry!
No worries. It happens all the time. It never wants to spell Blyn. My sisters call me Blynie and they put it on you tube. I never changed it 🤓
Jeannie, I thought of you when HOD showed the new beach chart with 15 small motifs that would be perfect for tiny ornaments. I want to travel to all the shops you visited!
Thanks for thinking of me. I recently saw the new HOD Beach Please chart. You are right, those motifs would make great tiny ornaments.
Look forward to meeting you in Blue Earth at 24 hours of cross stitch.
It will be nice to meet you! Looking forward to 24 hours of cross stitch. This is our first time going!
So glad to see you two back on youtube!!!!
Thank you! Hopefully after my vacation, we will get on track for every other week or at the longest, 3 weeks.
It is fun to be back.

The Morton salt girls friend could be Peter pepper.
😂That is a great name! I will name him that! I hope to get a bag for that done by the next video, so I will let everyone know how name! Thank you!

Sorry, bling not belong! Also you can look at the site Garibaldisneedleworks.com.

Hi Linda. Sorry I missed your comment. We are doing a Flosstube tomorrow (Thursday) and I will talk a little about it for you.
