- hi guys, here's my update review of the newly launched Yamaha FZS Version 4.0 Ice Fluo Vermillion new color. I give you a quickfire overview while giving a detailed walkaround of this new model and also share my quickfire ride impression as to whether the overall ride feel has been further tweaked or improved by Yamaha for this new model.
The first generation still in the benchmark of a naked bike 💔

Almost same power as xtreme 125 and TVS raider while costing 30k more. It's embarrassing. Any kind of reliability isn't worth paying 25-30% more money.

Every time I see a new update on the FZ, I think, "What worse design can Yamaha come up with?" But they prove me wrong every single time 🤣🤣.
yes and no. fz is a good looking bike. but they havent changed it much. look wise pulsars make the maximum change every now and then and they all look better than before.
Had the first gen FZ 16 for 12 yrs . Not I hav the GT650

No brother, I'm also at heavier side and riding ns200. I'm having back ache because of sporty posture, slim seats. I suggest to go for unicorn.
Fz v4 would feel like a tvsXL with 110kgs. Go for rtr 1604v or xtreme 160 4v.

Go for it, if you're a beginner, it will be the best commuter
Good bike for sure though i dont own it. Has one problem esp for beginners - there is no gear position indicator. You will take some time depending on your skills to understand which gear you are in. Most Hondas with modern instru cluster has this. Even 125 cc sp 125.
Opinions from FZS V3 owner:
Excellent looks very muscular
Very stable and tracks like a train
Small powerless 149cc engine no low end torque until 5k rpm
With pillion even ducks are quicker!
Need 6 speed gearbox
No gear position indicator
Seats are rock hard after 50 km ride butt hurts
Plastic tank clips give out with slight force
For this price in 2024 it's a wasteful update with only color schemes it's becoming a joke!
Ideal customer should be a beginner or upgrading from scooter looking for reliable and pocket friendly riding. Everyone else can go for FZ250
Save yourself some money and get a TVS raider or xtreme 125. Both would feel faster than FZ and give you better mileage. Take a test ride if you don't believe me.

Anyday n 160 bro, n series has premium quality build parts
Fzs is good city use bike. So far satisfied with its performance, easily runs at 90km/hr and mileage is 55km/l. Plus comfort is cherry on top
@@rounaklikhar6359 FZ v3 mileage is (40-42) ...my friend already useing FZ , so I know about this mileage very well.... otherwise it's fell powerfull 125 cc bike... otherwise it's have nothing

I own 200rtr.. i can better advice u to go for ns200 not n250 bcz of 5gears..if u r ok with 5 gears then go for n250, if i was in ur place i wd have picked ns200..just an advice like a frnd..😊
Both are different kinds of motorcycles. If you want a sportier motorcycle go for rtr. N250 is a relaxed city commuter with more torque and power in the lower to mid range.
Take a test ride and decide what works better for you
