Small closet and en-suite in the primary that agreed; not a bad size. Kitchen is actually nice. Like the countertops. Large backyard for a pool and yes fenced that could be I guess painted. Guest bedrooms an ok size. Bathroom ok. A lot of shelves. That’s a fiberglass shower? Ha. The mortgage is less than a NY apt. 2nd home like this front elevation. If a lizard 🦎 gets into my home I’ll. Freak out 😂. Flooring ok. Oh. 1st bedroom has an en-suite. Kitchen small but enough. Oh. 2 living spaces. Lovely covered enclosed lanai with lots of lounging and dining space. Great primary indeed. En-suite a smidge dated but nice. 4 guest bedrooms to 1 bath? 🫤. Appreciate the monthly breakdowns. Great vid. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
The current taxes are based on what the owner paid. So the taxes may and like will, be much higher, given the skyrocketing prices of homes in FL. When I first started looking at FL homes on websites two years ago, a home comparable to mine in PA was about the same cost as here. So not the case anymore. I would have to loose 50% square footage to come out with the same priced home. And the taxes are much higher in FL, along with homeowners insurance.

The Driveway would have to be Repaved, The Whole Wooden Floors needs to be Replaced, There is a Cracked on the Garage Floor, The Backyard is on a Hill. $343,000 is Way. To high, More like $320,000. 2nd House is Nice, The Driveway needs to be Repaved, Not a Fan of Swimming Pools. What happened? Six weeks ago we were seeing homes priced in the 300’s and at a good value. Now we are seeing lesser homes priced much, much higher. No thanks.
How do people efford to eat?.. You need a salary over 120k per year to live and not paycheck to paycheck. Crazy I considering moving to Tampa. Stayed in Dubai instead. I love Florida so much but the cost of living is to high. Also gun crim ebut that's a dif argument all together
