Has anyone received their Queen Elizabeth II memorial coins yet? I’m still waiting on a 50p silver proof I ordered.

Does anyone know why you sometimes find commemorative coins from republics (e.g Ghana) with the queens effigy on ? To me it just seems odd that they issue coins with her portrait still on while she wasn’t the head of state
Some countries still have the UK monarch as their head of state and some will use the portrait to entice collectors to buy them I guess -CC
