    Chicken pasticcio is a pasta dish of Italian origin, similar to lasagna, but with distinct variations. It consists of layers of pasta interspersed with cooked chicken, sometimes mixed with a creamy or béchamel sauce. The whole thing is usually topped with grated cheese and baked to obtain a crispy texture. Spices like basil, oregano and parsley are often added to enhance flavor. This versatile dish can be adapted according to personal preferences by adding vegetables or other meats. Its delicious taste and ease of preparation make it a popular dish in many parts of the world.
    Ingredients:
    Chicken 150g
    Fries
    2 cheeses
    Milk 200 ml
    Flour 1 case
    Grated cheese
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Nutmeg
    Salt pepper
    Turmeric
    Ginger
    1- Start by cutting the chicken into pieces and sautéing in a pan
    2- Add the spices and garlic and fry for 15 min
    3- Prepare the fries
    4- Prepare the sauce by mixing the milk with the flour and the 2 cheeses
    5- Add the nutmeg and cook over low heat until creamy
    6- In an oven container; place a layer of cream, fries, chicken.
    7- Repeat then cook in the oven for 10 min at 180°C, enjoy your meal
