Makis and sushi pizza - guaranteed summer appetizer -
Ingredients:
Nori sheet
Boiled round rice
Fresh tuna
Surimi
Cheese
Avocado fruit
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Egg
Sushi sauce
1- Start by passing the fresh tuna in pieces in a pan over medium heat and remove once golden
2- Take a sheet of nori and place rice, turn it over and place the filling on the other side
3- Roll up gently and do the same with another sheet without spilling for the filling
4- Mix water with a little flour and the egg, pour over the 1st maki, apply the breadcrumbs
5- Fry in hot oil to make it golden and remove to cut it
6- Do the same for the sushi pizza with the nori sheet and rice only
7- Place sauce with the filling, cut into squares and enjoy your meal
