I follow many car vloggers, saw many EV videos who travelled using fast charging but no one tried to go this far to arrange electronics for safe charging and not to be completely dependent on fast chargers. You seem to be ready for ladakh trip if things n time works out for you 😁, loved it.
@@iGuruCrazy I agree, fast chargers are definitely needed in every 120 to 170kms so that your car charges in your break time & your electronics will make sure you charge your car at any given circumstances while resting at a hotel.
The reason for watching ur vlogs is rather than quantity u give quality. By the way u give some informative contents. So never worry about subscribers bro. Keep constantly inspiring us with knowledgeable ideas and contents.
Dude needs to get a payment from Tata cars for all his executions and if the trip goes well. All the very best Charan !! ❤ I see you becoming an electrical engineer from a business student.
Such an informative vlog! Loved the setup and intension of supporting startups who wants to excel in EV space! Kudos to you man for making such good vlogs. Getting the delivery of my car tomorrow and this came. How much more lucky I could be. 🤓
just a small correction if you put 25 amp load on 5 amp socket it don't slow charge the load instead it heats up and burn the socket , btw really helpful video
Hey Charan thanks for the cool review of the Aha Travel kit!!! And another one for sharing that link in description :) I've included link to your this video in the original one! Sharing an experience - I thought I'd be using the iron lug in most cases too, but the clamp has turned out to be the surprise winner... there are far more earthing points around us than we realize, and the clamp gets our earthing much faster than any of the other two methods! Look around for electricity board transformers (they always have a solid earthing bar on the ground below them), metal plumbing, iron grills, poles etc....
Thanks. You have a great kit. Loved it. I’m scared to go near a transformer. Would love to see you make a video on that connection. Will help me and a lot more
Oh boy 😜 As I felt through your videos, you are always a practical guy. No matter what is it going good or bad. This is why I like your work. Really appreciate 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Note: copied your dailogue, don't charge me for that.
Brother, Can we carry any portable battery in car, during long trips instead of depending on dhaba or some other places to charge , can you think in that direction and come up with best possible way please ?
Charan, just for your awareness. The size of the plug point does not determine the current you can draw from it. The load connected to it will determine how much current it will draw. So, if you connect a 5 amps adapter to a 15 amp plug, your plug point won't slow down charging. Your car will continue to draw 12-15 amps whatever it has to draw. The plug point and wire behind it designed for 5 amps will heat up due to the excessive current draw and melt, in some cases might cause a short circuit or fire. If the 5 amps plug is behind a 10 amps mcb etc. The mcb will trip when the car tries to draw 12 amps and protect your wiring and plug. So, charging won't be slow. Don't try it. That meter should infact be able to show you current and peak power draw, most meters do. If it doesn't, you can try a wipro smart plug with power monitoring and get a feel for how much power you car is drawing at different stages. For example, when battery is low it will draw more and charge faster but charging rate slows down after reaching 70-80% to protect the batteries
The way u think about being a part of building the ecosystem is just amazing.. 100K kaadhu bro, u deserve 500K for the content which u already have on ur channel.. Looking forward for more content especially Ev.. #HUGERESPECT
I see that you have linked a 16A smart plug product in the description. Is it safe to plug it into the slow charging home setup? That would be a great help in remotely turning off the charging instead of keeping it on overnight.
🙋♂️ Questions 1. Whats the glue name that klim suggested ? 2. Are you planning to stick to klim shoes or any other brand in mind if so can you name it.?
Awsome bro... that was an awsome video so much informative for all the EV users. We love the videos from u like this need more and let's start the long ride on ev and that would be awsome also to see. At least 1000 km one side would be awsome ...
I am confused of TATA Nexon ev. Is that a good ev some people are getting problem in it, how about you? What is the range you get if you drive in 80-100kmph with AC on? Are you satisfied?
Hi Charan, can we expect an portable battery for EV cars in future, that can provide some range between 50 to 100Kms and size can be accommodatable in car boot.
Very nice video. Learnt new things like earthing. Excited to see results of your trip.Hopefully we get more fast chargers very soon all over India, the demand for fast chargers at remote places will also improve the overall power infrastructure at these places I think
Please have a detailed video regarding the charging thing and the rain scenario. Specially for open parking cases. As we in Mumbai not always have covered parkings.

Fast charging available at Vijayawada but after that difficult. You might have to stop at guntur and stay overnight. Not possible on Nexon EV every week
Hello Charan , you might have seen that OLA released it’s first electric bike at competitive price . Can you show the comparisons between Ather and Ola ?
If we plan to do a road trip from Hyderabad to Bangalore which comes around 580 Kms , In Fule cars trip takes 7-8 hrs including 1 hr break & traffic situation when into City. Where as with current EV car which gives 250Kms only ride range. . How many hours we need to spend on road side for charging and just imagine what would be whole ride time to reach destination - Bangalore ? I always see EV vehicles usage for City rides. Unless we have battery range of more than 600Kms per charge and fast charging stations on Highway we can't do road trips.
Anna Nexon Ev road trip will definitely be a WIN and WIN option especially with an EV enthusiast like you. Hope that'll boost the channel as well.

That set-up looked like some cable bomb😂! Informative vlog👍.
For cellulars you can use flower pot filled with mud and dip the T shaped rod in it many users have successfully tried this and it worked for them
