When Brock Lesnar Proved He Was A Real Fighter | UFC

- Опубліковано 27 вер 2024
- At 6ft 3 286lbs with freaky athleticism.. Brock Lesnar was the fastest, biggest and strongest UFC heavyweight we've ever seen, he won the UFC heavyweight belt in his 3rd fight and proved that not only was he a legit fighter but the baddest man on the planet at one point..
When Brock Lesnar transitioned from WWE to the UFC, many people thought he was going to get destroyed by the top heavyweights at the time but he used his wrestling background and size to dominant his opponents and became the baddest man on the planet in just his 3rd UFC fight knocking out Randy Courture. He propelled the UFC into the mainstream and brought alot of new fans over from the WWE..
He went on to defend the belt twice against a Prime Frank Mir and Shane Carwin.. However he would go on to lose 2 fights against Cain Velasquez and Uberreem, although he had a short UFC career he fought the best heavyweights in the world and he won 6 out of 9 of his fights and retired from the sport of mma as one of the greatest heavyweights in UFC history..

Allister the real legend.
You need to stop the nonsense Brock Lesnar never fought anyone in UFC that was on a high level. Brock Lesnar flatout refused to fight Daniel Cormier choosing fake wrestling over a mega fight. Brock Lesnar wanted no part of Jon Jones just outright ducking Jones who challenged Brock on many occasions to a fight. Brock Lesnar has a very weak 5-3 MMA record . Brock Lesnar was absolutely destroyed by Alistair Overeem and Cain Velasquez proving that he was just a average MMA fighter at best.
@@xaviersmith4965 and beeing average in ufc is bad or what?
@@xaviersmith4965 As much that Brock’s mentality in fighting sucks. Why would he even waste time promoting himself during his last appearance after the DC vs Stipe fight? I’d say WWE just wanted to pay him more and goes with the handsome deal. As for the Jones super fight that never happened truth of the matter Brock also wants it but he didn’t do anything about it but it’s different from ducking.
Brock’s just a fickle minded person who never sticks to his own plans and that’s what I kinda don’t like about him is his fragile mentality.
As for the competitions he fought on his time, I’d say there is quite the high level in its own standard during that era with people anticipated it as well. With former champions and hall of famers careers didn’t declined after their fight vs Brock shows that they aint jobbers. His Carwin fight is just the start of competition getting bigger but given if Brock didn’t have the disease I think he would’ve improve further and even gone toe to toe with Cain and Overeem.
Finally Brock’s career would’ve been better than what it is right now if he didn’t have a fragile mentality, commits to mma from the start and keeps focusing to improve even further.

Brock was a great athlete in his prime (he still is even now at 44). It's a shame that he didn't start learning MMA right out of high school. He had incredible agility, speed, and power. His biggest problem was that he was unaccustomed to getting hit, and his striking had that stiff and labored look of someone who hadn't accumulated years of sparring experience.
Great is an understatement. He’s arguably the most athletic person ever

He was the perfect size for the heavyweight division, giving him a size advantage over literally everyone he ever fought (he had to cut a lot more weight than any other opponent who was near the 265 pound limit, and he also wasn't carrying around much fat, unlike most other heavyweights who weigh in at or near 265). He definitely took steroids as well, but he was a great athlete none-the-less. He had to work damn hard to get to the elite level that he reached in college wrestling, and he had to work damn hard to maintain that physique, as well as to succeed in the WWE. Furthermore, he worked quite hard to train for MMA, and definitely developed some decent skills in addition to his wrestling skills. He's still one of the best heavyweight champions we've had. Miocic and Ngannou are on another level though. In fact, Ngannou appeared to be a level above Miocic in their last fight, and he's still not as big as Lesnar (Ngannou is "only" about 265). Ive been a fan of Lesnar since his 2002 debut in WWE... Followed him into UFC and absolutely loved it when he came back to WWE in 2012. You're always guaranteed an awesome show when Brock gets in the ring AND the octagon! There's a damn good reason why he's called THE BEAST INCARNATE
I love how he brings wrestling showmanship to real UFC fights. He basically embodied the idea of WWE without having to fake it.
I remember UFC 100, we were all Brock haters and by the time his hand was raised we just had to clap for the guy, so insanely impressive.
It's crazy to think how much Brock accomplished in the UFC despite never fighting at 100% due to illness.
Hell, when he did his NFL combine scores after trying out for the Vikings, he completed the 40yrd dash at Olympic qualifying speed despite having a torn groin. Brock was a genetic freak back then and still is now lmao
He was never the same after his surgery though. I’ll always love Lesnar
He earned more money when he went back to WWE though so it's still a win for him..
Some people usually lose confidence after a surgery
Brock is right. Without him the heavyweight division is a disaster.
after DC retired, yea, but we do have ngannou
@@CybertroninfiniteOfficial nagannou's a piece of SHIT!
Wow big surprise yer a trump and lesnar lover they have so much in common but at least lesnar has to pay the checks that his mouth wrote . Can’t file bankruptcy once the cage closes. Also for real man you love trump so much you made your name and your profile pic to match . I don’t worship any man that much .
@@davidrichardson518 you know what even worse? Mentioning Trump in a comment section when NOBODY ELSE DID. I don’t like him either, but people like you just love talking about him, even when it’s irrelevant
@@Waggz74 what if ngannou punches you in the face then will you be able to resist...... Obviously not
What a fighter!!! I remember when he fight... incredible!
A real beast on earth . Some times i think he is the baddest in the fights with total anger
His size speed & strength is just unfair imagine him coming at you full speed respect to any man who willingly fought this dude
6:51 best UFC theme
In Lesnar vs Mir 2, you can see on the eyes of Lesnar that "I'm gonna finish this whole man's career" vibe
😂 I died laughing when Brock was talking bout what he was gone do in the fight and his excitement for it and died again when the fight started and he did exactly what he said he was gone do . The way he was punching Frank was hilarious
Those short little hammer fists was beating the fuck outta Frank though
Regardless of both of those mens’ size, mass = power = damage. Imagine his thick ass arms coming down on your face with his body weight 20x in a span of 20 seconds, I guarantee your face is gonna be fucked tf up
Yeah Frank got destroyed in that 2nd fight. Brock got him in a neck crank and pounded his face into canned meat.
For Lesnar to do what he did so late in his life with his kidney issues is nothing short of amazing. He's one of the freakiest athletes around. Honestly he is what got me into the UFC in the first place as I was a WWE fan growing up.
Fighter and actor but doesn’t know which he is in the moment, love him 😂
Brock's the real deal, if he'd started sooner he'd be one of the GOATs imo.
hey he started juicing earlier than any other athlete and did it for years and not competing allowed him to do it...
@@iam-retarded-but you're oblivious if you really believe that. The early UFCs took place when Brock was a child, those dudes were juiced to the gills lmao.
@@YTUSER69887 so what ? how does that prove me wrong ? he would be just another juicehead doubt he would be a goat
@@YTUSER69887 the guys he fought in the ufc were fighting there for years after usada and were being tested so obviously it's not the same
@@iam-retarded-but no they weren't lmao
3:58 who else saw that girl's face when brock took his shirt off
Yeah that girl's expression was awesome 🔥
Yeah that was funny af 🤣
I was waiting for someone to notice
No homo I thought the same thing what a specimen lmao
Brock Lesnar is a freak of nature athlete.
Brock’s speed and energy is just fking insane. The man is a monster and most certainly proved himself.
man, I see you everywhere haha. I won't be surprised if you're tryna headbang on the background music haha.
You can train for skills, you can't train for natural talent. He joined UFC at age over 30, and was bulling through components. What a fighter. Like Shaq VS all other NBA centres.
Loved the Lesnar era. Definitely exciting time in the HW.
Give him credit.
He played the role of the heel PERFECTLY.
Went to his wrestling camp when I was in school. I've never seen anyone so imposing in my entire life, really nice guy too!
The UFC really needs to have a Super Heavyweight Division with no weight limits.
5-3 is a pretty good record if you’re fighting the best in the game, still kinda a shame he lost his first match by tap out
Yea I saw that fight live. Always reminded me of video games. Submission is a pussy move
@@novakai6668he woulda tore his leg to pieces its called mma bud
@@pelmer6 he's right though it was a pussy move frank mir said he was gonna KO him beat the 💩 out of him this that & the other, the only thing mir could do was grip on to his foot
@@pelmer6 & yeah i know it MMA but its what frank mir said he was gonna do that makes it a pussy move to me
Frank Mir has crazy good jiu Jitsu..
When Lesnar used to give Ryback bad looks only because he looked like Shane carwin lol now I see y
Brock probably doesn't know who is ryback, I don't trust ryback's words, I don't believe ryback squash match against aj styles. This guy (ryback) had big ego even sued against NFL player, Twitter got pissed off even when it got too many retired votes. Not to mentioned he wished old man death
@@ugurkaraalioglu2813 Casey Ryback? 😀
I believe Brock lost to carwin fight should have ended round 1 but ref didn't call it. But I've seen them stop other fights way too soon. Brock is a freak of nature but belonged in wcw wwe. He lost to mir out of his prime sadly.
@@blainepatterson6792 Yeah but his physique is built for mma
@@blainepatterson6792 how was Frank Mir out of his prime? He was barely 30 and would go on several more win streaks including the time he beat Mirko, Nelson, and Nogueira.
The Greatest Of all time Brock Lesnar ☠️👑💰🐐
This video is worth every second of it. WWE did not lost it's reputation because of Brock.
3:53 we all probably have the same reaction at Brock flexing as this girl
Lesnar: training everyday
Cm punk: doesnt train and wears a suit and tie and slick back hair to ufc
If I ever see him charges at me, I'm just convinced that I'm dead.
Looks just like a big grizzly bear charging at you lol.
