I believe that other fans having some insight into audio engineering and music signals processing/effects will agree that Dub FX skills are completely out of this world.
Loop, reverb, distortion, beat-box. The rest is his brain. This could be done by anyone. But nobody does it like him. This is why this called talent and music.

Arno Blowme Of course it's hard to do! Change is hard... but it's worth he effort. Don't let yourself get sucked into the sadness... it's like a dug, and it will own you if you let it. First big steps I took were 1) stop drinking 2) exercising 3) keeping my head up like I said (easiest one to start with) 4) catch yourself wallowing, and stop yourself... cut out the sad music and shit for a while - Get a new hobby to distract yourself.
Just separate yourself into the depressed you, and the "you" you want to become. That way you can separate your old, toxic behaviors from your new, hopefully helpful ones.
I'm just trying to share what worked for me :) Don't feel afraid to reach out to your support network (even an online one) and don't stop trying!
