Fun fact: back in health and nutrition class we learned that muscle actually weighs more than fat. So a person that’s in great physical condition can technically considered overweight despite not having any fat on them whatsoever. It’s not uncommon for even Olympic level athletes to be considered overweight because of the muscle they’ve gained from their intense training. So what Sempai said about her being heavy could be technically thought of as a compliment because that shows just how physically fit and strong Nagatoro really is.
You seem to be confused on weight. No one is skinny and overweight. Overweight is only thought of when dealing with fat. On fighters it is different.
