Tomo Aizawa is a t0mb0y who has been head-over-heels in love with her childhood best friend Junichiro Kubota for a long time, even though he only sees her as "one of the boys" and has no romantic feelings for her at all. Hilarity ensues when she tries many times in vain to win his heart, but almost always fails and even ends up getting physical at times.

I used to have one for ten years of my life, she was my best friend *and only friend* that I had irl. Sadly, we grew apart since we became different people and our departure was less than ideal. I was extremely heartbroken with how things ended but I don't hate her. Though after losing many people regardless of bond, I've grown to be pretty pessimistic and cynical about people to the point that it's extremely difficult to trust anybody.

I had an aunt by that name, but I only got to meet her once. Sadly, she is now no more. I always felt bad for her and her husband, who had no kids. Honestly, I wish that I could have been adopted by them when I was an infant. Were I adopted, though, then I might have been a decent kid in my life instead of the troubled mess of one that grew up to be an even more troubled adult.

Unfortunately this series ends the way most romance stories go: When the two MCs get together. I was wishing that the story would go beyond where the author ended it in the manga and actually explore the two's relationship. Them getting together is supposed to be the midway point, the rest should be seeing how they grow into their relationship and see how they react to usual couple things. But with how rushed the ending of the manga is, maybe the Author grew tired of the series and wanted to end it. I don't know, just my thoughts on the matter

Some examples include: Ah-kain instead of Ah-ka-nay, and Chi-kage instead of Chi-ka-gay. But mispronouncing karate is just too much for me!
