I really wish you could find and upload other seasons. I really miss watching this show, I used to watch it all the time when I was recovering from a back surgery.

I wouldn't call them spoiled I think they are clueless they have no real idea of reality. Especially since they don't even have jobs yet.

I don't know what kind of 'work' they're planning to do from home, but my home office has a printer, bookcases, file cabinets, a big desk, etc. Yes, I have a room for all this stuff, but I'd need to find space for it wherever I lived; a little table is not going to do it. Otherwise, everything looked nice. I don't know why they didn't get the multi-story 2 bedroom and make the basement bedroom a home office for them both, with maybe a daybed if they felt they needed the occasional separate sleeping area.

I'm an analyst that works 100% remote from home and I just have a desk (it's an actual work desk not a tiny table). All of my documents are electronic so I don't print anything. I have my work related books on the top shelf of a closet. I use double monitors and when I travel and work from somewhere other than home I still only need a desk because I have a portable 2nd monitor. So I guess it depends on 'how' you work as there are a lot of digital nomads that can work without having a lot of stuff.

As a landlord, I would never rent to someone without a job. If their parents co-sign that’s great for the rent being paid but in my experience, the young renter doesn’t care for the property. If they pay an extra month, that’s all good for two months but what about the third? The fourth? The ninth month’s rent? I have had multiple renters who have some kind of emergency, get behind, then stop paying, move out and never pay the back rent. During the pandemic we lost eight months rent and when our renter hit their back unemployment he loved out and bought a new car. Did not pay the rent. For this reason, I no longer am as willing to wait a week or let them catch up the missed month over the next 3-4 mos, something I used to be ok with.

I'm going to say this again... it's soooooooooo different watching this as a 62 year old woman than however old I was when it was originally aired. I used to be so opinionated and judgemental and now, it's all just chill. 12/2020

Maybe they aren't at the stage of their relationship where they feel comfortable having a shared / intimate space but it really adds so much money just to have two rooms

lol, if people in love are comfortable living together, then they can share more than walls. People that age do not just hold hands 😉

Perhaps they are not yet intimate or want to keep their furniture in case they split up. Also their professions could have different shifts. One could snore loudly, etc. Many, many reasons to have separate bedrooms.

You should show the name of the city and state in every episode for if someone finds it interesting moving out there!

The presenter must be a mind reader, the way she 'knows' what these smart young people want.

What's with all the leather? Emphasize that incredible ceiling with more elegant & timeless furniture, such as a cloth couch: the ceiling made up for a lot though! Lovely window treatments - impractical workspace. I see massive paper overflow. Hope they get jobs. The realtor REALLY wasn't hearing them on the 2 bedrooms - very annoying!

I disagree. They need to grow up, and get out of that university living mentality. They took the first step towards adulthood. 👍👍
