Even though the first one looked small, it was quite open and bright and that would make it look big to me. I am also a minimalist so I wouldn't have many clothes or furniture, to begin with, and since I am renting not buying, I will choose the first one and save as much money as I want towards buying a home eventually. The major things I loved about the third home were the extra bathroom and location. I didn't like the fact that it has been lived in the kitchen looks outdated or that the rent is higher. I hardly ever have guests so I don't need the extra bathroom

It's Toronto. I lived there once and recognized places and trams. This is very old show, now prices doubled.
