Good evening from EWR and JFK airport. From the Trip report you were able to use your Mum's Oneworld Emerald Status to access the first class lounge and service. I wonder if there is a difference between First Class and Business Class Pier lounge?

absolutely, the first class section has massage, day suite and a restaurant, all of which are missing in the business section.
