Bringing us along in your journey is really great. If you could just narate or tell us whats been happening along the way would make this video a lot more interesting and entertaining .... Save riding..
Fantastic video. How long were you riding for? I would love to do this someday going over in a few years once Uni is done and really looking forward to doing something like this eventually. Did you have any breakdowns? and were you able to fix them with the spare parts you had on you? Keep it up bro. Whats your plan for your next trip? Btw I first heard of your channel on laowhy86's channel.
Thanks! Let me know when you're finished, we might be able to do a trip together :). I had a "breakdown" in the middle of the desert and lost my clutchpedal. Frightening at first, but since my bike's like LEGO I could fix it with a simple twist of the Allen wrench(there's some footage in the video, don't know where exactly). It's the first small issue I had with the bike. Great quality. I have plans to go to Serthar next, which is a surreal town in Sichuan. I don't know when though.
Foreign driving licence doesn't work in China, have to change it here to a local one (take a theory test, different languages are available), I've heard you can get a temporary license too, but I'm not familiar with that
Garret Sanderson. Visit the web page/site of : qj7205 here on YT. I saw the name Hulubei and thought of the trains that this fella filmed, absolutely amazing. So here goes: Summer in Hulubei'er + trains in the Hulubeier region and then these !! >> Huludao Limestone railway part 1 and part 2. i.e. if you enjoy trains.... qj7205 has hundreds of vid clips.
yeah, 我会说一点汉语。I ride a Yamaha, which means the breakdowns are less frequent than riding a local bike. I was worried ofcourse, but since I had two really cheap bikes before that fell apart every 100km or so I learned a lot about repairing and I can tell you that this bike's really easy to fix!
Shows many places you can go on a 250. Nice soothing music.
