I’m 61 yrs old , I grew up with “ boys wear blue , girls wear pink . But when I saw Koazy in pink it didn’t even enter my head to question why . He’s warm and comfy that’s all he cares about . And besides it’s no one’s business how you dress your baby . 😊

Can we please just appreciate how great they are as parents and how strong liana is. She can literally go through anything and come out with a smile on her face. I am also not the best mentally and seeing liana be so strong gives me hope and belief that I can do anything so thank you for that ❤❤❤

Recently my boyfriend broke up with me because I was having depression symptoms again. I was blaming myself until I saw this and remembered everything you had to face all these years. This is real love. You stick together through thick and thin. Hope one day I can have a nice partner that doesn't leave without trying when life isn't the best 💗
Never let a man make you feel like less. There is nothing wrong with having depression or anxiety. As someone with severe anxiety who always feels guilty for feeling like a burden, i understand. But people who truly love you will love you for you no matter what. Stay strong 😊

So, if they need to scan you twice don’t panic. Sometimes they find a dense area and need to do additional scanning to make sure it’s nothing. It’s a common thing and having breastfed there may be some areas that are a little denser. Hoping for the best for you ❤
Good point! I had to have a scan and then a biopsy on my breast lumps. Also fairly routine in some circumstances so try not to panic about that either if you are told that you need one, my results were clear in the end but appreciate it can be so worrying! Sending love ❤️
Second this. My very first mammogram I had to get a diagnostic mammogram (more images) and an ultrasound and an MRI for dense tissue.
My second one was right after I found a fairly large, hard lump in my other breast. We went straight to the diagnostic mammogram and followed up with an ultrasound. Also, dense tissue.
For reference I am 32 with a lot of family history of breast cancer and genetic markers, not BRCA. So I get extra special treatment 😐 for anything suspicious. However, all of those things are normal and the doctors just doing their job.
@@cissnajs Yes.. Same. I am the ONLY woman in my family without breast cancer... on both sides, and I do carry the breast cancer gene...
The doctors found a lump in my breast 2yrs ago during a mammogram. I went back for another mammogram and 3 more sonograms before announcing it was nothing.
I probably should have worried more, but I just hated taking the time out of my day for the tests.
Just remember that the test are for your health and keeping it on your mind isn't going to help you any. There are other reasons, besides cancer, for lumps and it's more likely to not be cancerous.

I also had a lump a couple months ago in my armpit and in my family there is history of cancer. At first I didn’t even dare going to the doctor. When I went I heard it was a swollen lymph node.
Sometimes going to the doctor can be very reassuring ❤

This happened to my but in my leg and my dad thought it was a sign of cancer luckily it wasn’t but it has been on my leg for 2 years and still not gone

A baby doesn’t care what colors they’re wearing they care about their parents whether they can comprehend it or not, the love you two give him is what matters. Do not care about what others say. When I saw him in pink I was shocked how cute he looks in pink. So keep doing what you’re doing! ♥️
I’m breastfeeding and also found a lump in between my armpit & breast as well. I had a scan last week and it luckily ended up just being a normal (larger) lymph node. Always terrifying, but the scan will give you more peace of mind! Sending all the good vibes & mental calmness during this time ❤

The good part about this - no matter if the results are good or bad - is that you got it checked weeks after you found it. Thankfully breast cancer or other issues, when caught early, are very manageable with modern medicine. Your fear or paranoia about what your lump could possibly be will serve you well in the long term. You’ve handled it beautifully ❤
I love how Connor is like going insane then as soon as he opens the door he's like 'hi mate' being totally normal then as soon as the doors closed he goes insane again 😂
Retired nurse here (from the U.S.) it’s very strange the Dr. didn’t do a thorough breast exam of the lump and both of your breasts. He would have been able to tell if it was in/or around a lymph node. Cancerous lumps have certain properties, anywho, I pray you get good results after visiting the breast specialist 🤞❤️

With you every step of the way Liana. I’ve been going through the exact experience since the end of January. You can’t let your imagination run wild. Rather let the facts help you know what to do next. For me it’s ultrasound and surgery. In the meantime I’ve kept busy with cleaning, tutoring kids, and walks. For me the walks are magic as you have to be present in the moment, your mind can’t wander too far. And bonus, you’ve burnt off calories! Sending you love and best wishes. 🧡🧡🧡🧡
when I found a lump at 19, it was the scariest thing in the world, i know exactly how you’re feeling. I’m sorry you have to wait so long. Mine ended being a fibroadenoma (benign tumor) and I eventually got it removed (which was super easy). But they’re actually really really common in younger women, harmless, and have no relation to cancer. I just wanted to share because I wish I would’ve been taught about what different lumps in your breast can mean. Wishing you the best.
Conner you're a hell of a great boyfriend for taking Lianas mind off this situation with a get away. I just love that. So very kind and caring of you. And watching all of you as a family is such a joy. koasy is so sweet. I love when he's talking to you both. It melts me. Liana, I'm so sorry sweetie you have to go through this. The waiting is aweful. I was 22 when I found my first lump. They admitted me in hospital, and did emergency lumpectomy the next am. I was terrified. They told me the shape and size and the fact they couldn't aspirate, well they told me it would be cancer. I came out of surgery, and the Dr said " little lady, I don't know who is watching over you, but if I were you I'd get on my knees and thank them for what they've done". He told me he doesn't make mistakes like that, and that he had just seen his first miracle. Now, I share my story with you. You'll be ok Liana and just know miracles do happen. I've had a few. Connor and Liana are such a blessing. Through everything life has thrown at them they always come away with a positive outlook and smiles, sometimes between the tears. They are fantastic young parents. They take such great care of the baby. I love these kids!
He sounds like a great Dr and he is definitely doing the right thing. The scans are most important. I had a limb, mine turned out to be extra breast tissue growing. They did remove it, my Dr was amazing and said I was special, why because she explained it simply as a boob tail, simple just extra breast tissue. Which is normal. My prayers are with you❤️🙏 love you all❤

You have done the EXACT right thing. What a phenomenal momma you are. You have so much to be proud of, just for going to the doctor to start with. May it be nothing to be concerned about. If it is-what a wonderful thing that you went as soon as you could, instead of waiting and putting it off. You’ve done so well to make sure you can be healthy and live a long life with Connor and Koazy.
It’s a good thing that they are doing the referral, but I do think it’s a little strange that they haven’t done a physical check. That’s usually the case, but perhaps protocol has changed idk. If you haven’t heard anything just call or ask for a digital reference and call the clinic yourself. That’s how it works here at least.

Having a scan is routine procedure but please don’t worry. The ladies are extra supportive at the breast clinic and your appointment will come a lot sooner than you think. My letter came following week of GP appointment and the appointment was within the same week of receiving my letter but stay strong. You’ve got this ❤
I've always had dense breasts but almost 2 years ago I found a lump -- long story short, I thought the same thing that someone was going to just feel it and tell me it was nothing but it turned into having an ultrasound, then my first mammogram at 34 and an MRI -- all which, thank God, confirmed that the lump is just dense tissue. All this to say that I hope that they tell you the same and that you finally get the peace of mind that you need. Sending you love Liana!

You are absolutely correct, they take all things seriously pertaining to lumps. He probably didn’t check it as the best place is a centred clinic that is solely for breasts. Try not to focus on it too much, I know easier said than done. You are blessed with huge supporters and a lovely ‘little’ one. Best wishes and fingers crossed.
Just think when koazy is older he can just rewatch these and remember all these memories

When I was like 14, I had a cyst in between my breast and my armpit. I freaked out because my grandma has had breast cancer 3 times and survived it all.
Lumps and bumps in armpits/breasts are not fun to find and definitely scares you. Hoping for good news ❤

Koazy is so adorable and I can't believe he has two teeth already! I didn't even give his cute little outfit a second thought until you brought up how the colour pink triggered some people. Seriously, pink is just a beautiful colour meant for anyone! My Son will be 35 in April and I bought many pink clothes for him because it suited him. Of course people we met in the street would come up to us and compliment our adorable Daughter. 🤦♀️ My husband (now my ex, 🙌) hated that I dressed him in pink. But then he wore black clothing exclusively.
I'm hoping you get good news soon Liana and I hope Connor continues to stay well; I've just been diagnosed with vertigo myself, but thank heavens it hasn't fully incapacitated me.

Koazy is adorable in his pink and blue outfit. All that matters is that he’s safe, fed and warm. It’s sad that some people can’t get over the color of an outfit when it’s keeping a baby warm in cold weather.

I’ve been in your shoes. I found a lump in my left breast a year and a half ago, which was removed in January last year. When they did the ultrasounds and mammogram to get a better look, they found 9 small masses in my right and 4 in the left. Pathology on the lump that was removed came back as a fibroadenoma which is a benign breast tumor. I know it’s terrifying, but just know that there’s an entire community ready to rally behind and support you! Sending you my thoughts and prayers ❤

I am a very young teen and I have a lump underneath my arm and I try not to think about it and I have my family and my friends support telling me that I will get through this. Liana, my lovely, I completely sympathise with you. My mum found a lump in sep 2021 that turned out to be breast cancer. Those 14 days waiting for the breast clinic felt like the longest. Fast forward to the exact same date in 2022 I also found a lump in my boob. Again those 14 days! But I’m all clear. My point is, you just never know ❤ I’m mums carer and when she found her lump we literally chanted… it’s nothing, til it’s something. Be kind to yourself. Xx

I don't want to worry you but when my sister had a lump near the same spot as you she went to the doctors and found out she had breast cancer and I'm sure you don't and it's probably as the doctor said a virus or something but just prepare yourself for anything because my sister had the exact same as what you've got and I know you probably already are aware that it could be that but yeah. I'm praying it's nothing to serious and sending all my support to liana, connor and koazy. Also I wanted to make sure you know how much you mean to me. Whenever I have a notification that you've posted it makes my day a 100 times better and puts me in a good mood. You and Connor are great parents and I hope to see your family grow in the future xx

Love you guys so much, I am so glad that you will be going for a scan cause it's better to be safe then sorry. You two and Koazy are so absolutely adorable together and I am sending you guys lots of love, prayers, and strength. I am very much like you Lianna when it comes to making calls about myself, I can book my bf's appointments no problem and in person I have no issue.
