It seems like this was the perfect time to grow squash to miss those pesky vine borers. Beautiful tomatoes with cucumbers and grapefruit to follow. Very nice.
Great squash. I am about to sow a seed into my indoor garden deck container. I want it for the flowers and leaves only 😊. I just sowed 4 bush beans and am already harvesting lettuce and arugula.
You’re correct about the grow zone. I am in zone 6 a Michigan and we’ve been done since early October after our first frost hit 15 days early. My cheap greenhouse is still producing. The daily temperature is still running anywhere between 65-80 depending on the sun shining. My okra plant bloomed again last week. I have tomatoes producing in excess and greens. I will stop the madness at Thanksgiving time because I am tired of trecking out there in the cold. I pruned my pepper plants to the knub and brought indoors over a month ago. They grew back leaves and are now loaded with peppers and blooms again. It’s going to be a busy winter and I’m loving it ❤.
