Scorpio is actually a great comparison to ESI. Fun fact: I'm a scorpio sun in Vedic astrology. But I'm also Aries moon and Aries rising, which seems like a much more ESTP-ish sign to me.
ESI is created from a lifetime of suffering, many of us are not as comfortable with confrontation as this video portrays. For example, in the case of getting the incorrect order I would simply politely tell the waiter about the issue and have them fix it without making a scene. We dislike attention. If we feel the person acted unfairly, we will reiterate our point but if they are still unreceptive and feel it's alright to rip us off, we'd get quietly angry and upset, leave an anonymous review to reduce any type of negative consequence for ourselves, and part ways forever - always remembering what the person did to ruin our relations. Part of the description is that "ESI keeps themselves together up until a critical point" and "The enemy must be envious. They never outwardly demonstrate their anger or hatred, and will emphatically seem polite and complacent." We are loyal, hardworking, moralistic, generally value kindness, and are dedicated to our families and close friends. Betrayal or any attempt to treat us with less than kind behavior will result in us cutting you out permanently or for severe violations we will serve our own justice - whether psychological or physical we will ensure you see justice in action. I am a female and attracted to victim men (IEI, LIE, etc.). I want my love interest to be dedicated to me, loyal, and treat me with kindness. Treat me like Christ treated the church and gave himself for it. "Student Alva, an ESI, writes about the guy of her dreams: “He is fashionable, but necessarily neat and undoubtedly slender. Very polite, gentle in his treatment, considerate of me and others. Not jealous and not a liar. Not a narcissist. He has his own opinion on all sorts of topics. He goes together with me to the movies, art exhibitions, and concerts. He likes long walks and travels, hiking. He talks a lot and says everything that comes into his head. At home, he is my assistant.” In the description, we recognize the exact image of the LIE. Who, more than anyone else, loves to tell and discuss what they have read and heard. Only the LIE would be able to obediently carry out all of Alva’s other wishes as well." - Source: augustaproject.wordpress.com/esi-description/
I wonder how ESIs perceive their bitchiness/force. The ones I’ve typed as ESI really push back on the typing and want to be SEIs. Lines up with your very final thoughts.
The ones I’ve seen are aware of it. Sometimes they try to downplay it abit. But overall they are aware that they can be “feisty” and often look at as “standing up for themselves”.
Nah, I wouldn’t. SEI just doesn’t cut it for me or seems very willful. I don’t really care to voice on issues I think are useless anyway. If you want an actual good look into ESI’s including some actual flaws. Will Hunting is an unhealthy, yet interesting look into the type.
I thought Maddy and Fezco from Euphoria were ESIs. What do you think? And Nate seemed like some sort of Se base, probably SEE since I didn't really see any logic.
Nate was an SLE. He didn't care about how close he was to anybody, he just wanted to dominate people. Maddy struck me as an SEE but ESI is possible. One character who I'm convinced was an ESI is Ali
I think I'm an (MBTI) ISFP with a 9w1 Enneagram, and many things you said about this archetype doesn't seem to apply to me. What do you think about Enneagram, do you think it works kind of like subtypes, like a specifying multiplier for all the 16 base-types? Thank you.
@@radiatormike Thank you for the tip. I started to do that today, and now I'm planning to reconsider that I'm maybe an INFJ instead of an ISFP who originally thought is an INTJ, but I'm terribly at Te stuff, but I had (and still have some) problems understanding Te and Se definitions, especially because I tend to read not just Socionics (which is my favorite at this time, Model A particularly, for a Socionics-learning-starting point it seems great), but I tend to read Socionics' and MBTI's and various other different typology systems deffinitions of the different functions, and some of them just don't match up, for example some MBTI ENTJ bosses might actually be SEE bosses (or maybe something similar to MBTI ESFP). So I have a lot of confusion to clear up in my mind about this, but so far it seems really there is no 1 singular typology system without a broken leg, at least so far, but learning about all of them is still fun, even if incorrect info or missing info lead me to thinking that I'm another type that I actually am. (Sorry, I'm not sure if that's correct English, but I tried my best I promise :)) Also I probably don't understand some stuff about the difference between Demonstrative Fi VS Lead Fi function, and the same goes for Fe, but in opposite order (ESI vs IEI, Fi and Fe). Anyways, thank you again for the tip, I haven't read about Socionics IEI specifically, because I never seriously thought about me being that, and I don't really want to be that, because of the...let's just say...tiring...stuff comes with it, like comments that tells IEI like "Oh, you are not an IEI because IEI don't do that, so you can't be IEI." At least I had my piece because I said that I'm and MBTI ISFP, nobody said stuff like that :D Actually as a music composer one of my favorite types is MBTI ISFP.
Actually I changed my mind, there's no way I'm an INFJ, also I'm not an INTJ because my Te is crap, so this means I'm and ISFP, but not and ISFP that would also match with the Socionics ESI descriptions for sure. Also I don't match with the SEI and IEI. I don't match with those even more than with the ESI. I'm kinda suspicious that there is a problem with the system itself, but at least the descriptions, because ESI just doesn't match, or it is too specific version/variation of a possible ESI person
@@radiatormike Thanks again for your tip/info! I will check those types out too. The reason why I don't think I'm an (MBTI) ISFJ (or Socionics ISFp (lower case "p"), because I think I definitely prefer Fi over Fe, I think I can do Fe to some basic level (although it might be just my own perception, which might be wrong). Also, I'm 100% certain that I have Ni, so I can't have Si and/or Ne, which rules ISFJ out. If it would be the case that I have Si actually (instead of Ni), then it would mean what I learned about many functions are totally wrong and possibly upside-down, that would make me go "reset" myself and start to learn from square one, but I don't think that's the case, at least I hope not :). I know that learning 2 systems can make me confused, especially if I try to compare (whichever) MBTI Se and Te definitions/descriptions VS (whichever) Socionics Se and Te definitions/descriptions. So far from what I saw, all the different MBTI systems seems to connect the willpower (or at least the competitiveness) to Te (and not really to Se, I think MBTI systems tend to describe Se more like a passive input-function so to say (as opposed to a force-y output stuff as Socionics Models tend to do)). What's the reason for Socionics Se have this force-quality in their deffinition? Simply observation? Or some kind of "Socionics-symmetric-balance" thing necessity? (Both are totally fine BTW, I'm just asking to learn, thank you.)
Just so I don't misunderstand, what are my 2 first functions then? 1st Fi and 2nd Se or 1st Si and 2nd Fe ? I am asking this, because maybe I mix the letter-naming, so it's easier to say the function stack (or just the first 2 functions).
I don't think so. Even if Si and Fe are different in both systems, there are certain contradictions that arise if one opts for this view. Is SEE the same as mbti ESFJ? Obviously not. MBTi ESFJ is ESE. And if MBTI ESFJ is definitely aquivalent to Alpha quadra ESFj, than that means that MBTI ISFJ which shares the same functions, by necessity also is alpha quadra and thus... SEI. Where that not the case, it would essentially entail that Si and Fe become completely different function depending on rationality or irrationality. This is absurd.
Got mistyped LIE a lot of times until I took Talanov's AIM test, which typed me as ESI. Finally, the shoe fits. I am an ISFP-D too, which Dr. Dario Nardi mentioned could be mistyped as ENTJ at times
don’t know why , but this type has always been the most attractive
Who me? We thank you for your consideration. 🐒

Are you going to do a video about SEE?
I'm an Se dominant but I think I might either be SLE or this type: ESI-3Se because this sounds like me a lot.

This is ISFJ in mbti
ESI leads with Fi, they are MBTI ISFP
The j in socionics refers to thinking and feeling dom whereas p refers to intuitive/sensing doms.
@@LaMach420That's true ,but functions act differently in both systems even tho it has the same name.
