i like SO many of your choices in this song. this is one of those songs where a drummer has a lot of space to fuck around with sick fills. i like your variations on his fills as well as the ones you chose to nail like the originals. your meter is so good AGAIN, as always, i am assuming, after just watching a few of your vids. notable is the general ebb and flow of meter in general in these old punk songs, but, even more noteworthy is the manner in which you handle the space that is that song- in the days of "what's a click track?". you capture the spirit of this song while extending its legacy. this shit is dope. hahaha

Yeah I plan on it. Did you take lessons? I do and it's been several months, maybe eight, and I just feel like my teacher is slowing me down making me play simple stuff by the white stripes and i just want to die.
I did for about 3-4 months but I picked it up fast so me and my teacher just ended up just showing each other stuff towards the end of me taking lessons. He was more of a jazz drummer though so I just got a feel for all this fast shit on my own, which is probably the best way because you're not gonna find a teacher that teaches you fast stuff haha. It all comes with time and practice !
