great show, besides the best reportage about modern agriculture you could see in the last years. For the first time, farmers are not portrayed as the bad guys whose favourite pastime is poisoning their customers.
Yeah, it's horrible how the government portrays local farmers. They rather want them to go out of business and import all the food, so they can make space for industries that makes them more money. But eating local will always be the most environmental friendly.
Clarkson has his detractors, and in some circumstances when he's doing stupid things in expensive cars, I'm one of them. But this show about his farm is a triumph. I learned more about the perils of farming and farm equipment than I ever knew before, and I live in the country (Ontario). He's sincere about the parlous state of farming in the UK today, the plight of farmers and the burdens under which they have to operate. It's easy to say, "well let them do something else", but the vast (shrinking) majority are born to it, and know nothing else. Clarkson understands very well that through large incomes from other sources he's well insulated from the day-to-day financial woes of farming, and can bear the losses, but despite his know-it-all attitude he quickly realises he needed professional help and got it from an entertaining group of people. I very much look forward to season two.
Powers that be don't want farmers, they want mega corps running agro operations with borderline slave labor, with everyone else pushed in to cities to endlessly consume products.
I like how in the show, he made candles from the beeswax and called “This Smells Like My Bollocks”. Also his interaction with his sheep are the highlight of the show. 🤣🤣

I clapped you, Jeremy. Loved the show. I can't think I would ever normally watch a show about farming, but because it was you I did, and it is fantastic. Extremely interesting, funny and emotional (sad) at times, and seeing you genuinely going through those emotions was really moving. Gave everyone a little bit of insight into some of the challenges and rewards (or lack thereof, financially at least - 40p a day) of farming. Plus, we know you have a "phobia of manual labour", so seeing you put so much effort into it is brilliant. Glad you have decided to keep going. Wish you all the best.
Powers that be don't want farmers, they want mega corps running agro operations with borderline slave labor, with everyone else pushed in to cities to endlessly consume products.
there is an old saying in the country you rarely see poor farmers and dead donkeys
I like how in the show, he made candles from the beeswax and called “This Smells Like My Bollocks”.
Also his interaction with his sheep are the highlight of the show. 🤣🤣
It was sad that the 3 had to be slaughtered but I bet they tasted good
3:05 I love that. That is probably THE one thing I am missing from my life. Been ages since I went to bed exhausted in a good way.
Kaleb / Charlie and Ellen are fantastic characters, really enhanced the show. I sincerely hope there is a season 2.
Gerald is the best though 🙂
Kaleb
Agreed. But Gerald tho...
What a show. Just genuinely funny but fascinating.
Shows just how hard farmers have it but the pride they must take in the hard work they do.
The best farming show... in the world
Im halfway through my rewatch of the series and its even better than the first go. I really hope this continues, we need more of this clan. Maybe a guest appearance by May or Hamster, have them become shepherds for a day.
Prime needs to pull their finger out, and sign up for another season.
Genuinely enjoyed watching it all unfold, Kaleb is a good lad and Jeremy reminds me of my grandad
Well guess what.. They've announced that there will be a 2nd season :)
I was under the impression the problem was with getting permits from the city it’s filmed in and not with Amazon prime. All the old folks in the tiny town don’t like the media attention and all the crowds of people it has drawn.
What a gem of a show. Brilliant viewing. Lets hope there's a second season
Alfa Romeo drivers 10% off... that's the definition of empathy. Love it.
One of the best shows I've ever seen. Please be a season 2!!!!!
"I would have shot him down if he tried," Jeremy Clarkson in reference to James landing his light aircraft on his field.
Love it.
Why do you type comments out like you're a journalist for some washed newspaper. It's kind of weird pal
One of the most entertaining shows I’ve seen in a while, really really enjoyed it and was a bit sad it was only 8 episodes. Please consider doing more. Everyone featured on the show were fantastic. Hard work but what a beautiful place.
I’m Beeginning to think Jeremy’s girlfriend is a Honey.
Didnt realise he was divorced
My 2yr old just said:" BIG tractor!" 😂
Bloody fantastic series.
Best show I’ve ever seen! It has an at home and wholesome feeling to it yet holds the same humor, because Jeremy is in it after all. I actually like it. James has become like a part time youtuber as well (If he isn’t shot down in a plane for trying to land in Clarkson’s farm field). I hope for a season two of this show. It truely is a Grand Tour of Clarkson’s at home life.
I loved this show so much
Kaleb putting Jeremy in his place is joy to watch because of the humor that it generates
"Nobody clapped us" Bloody good point. People are always forgetting who feeds them.
The merchant navy.
Great series,I can’t stop watching it.
I watched the whole Clarkson’s Farm series over the weekend and loved every minute! Very charming and the supporting cast is spectacular!
Me too!
Amazing. He seems genuinely happy and invested. Love this! 👍✊🙏
Milk = Cow Juice
Honey = Bee juice
Can you be more creative than this?
Was there not something about Female Petrol also :-)
Cow juice 🤣
@@4842arendal Lady petrol
Binge watched Clarkson Farm in 2 days...loved it from BC Canada
Love this bloke he’s a laugh
I clapped you, Jeremy. Loved the show. I can't think I would ever normally watch a show about farming, but because it was you I did, and it is fantastic. Extremely interesting, funny and emotional (sad) at times, and seeing you genuinely going through those emotions was really moving. Gave everyone a little bit of insight into some of the challenges and rewards (or lack thereof, financially at least - 40p a day) of farming. Plus, we know you have a "phobia of manual labour", so seeing you put so much effort into it is brilliant. Glad you have decided to keep going. Wish you all the best. I hope I might get a chance to visit the shop some time. I wonder if there will be a second series, but I'm not sure what more you could put into it as there was so much in the first!
I have kept bees for 5 years and not once in that time had a bee stung me. Even had Russian hives before (and they can get feisty) yet no stings. Whether Clarkson was BSing or not, it’s still impressive to screw up like that 😂
He is not. It was in the show. He really got stung on his behind
I've just watched the entire show in the last 2 days. Best television I've seen for a long long time. I truly enjoyed every second!
Should've been called Bee Vomit
Jeremy, Caleb, supporting Cast and Crew, thank you for a wonderful programme. The show definitely won against the other two deviants! You do know you brought a lot of focus on some serious issues too
Great Job you lovely people, even the missus enjoyed it!
What a crack, that bee needs to beehive 😆🐝
No
hello youtube
UA-cam what are you doing here?
lol
Hang on? You're sentient? Well fuck.
A great show, showing the ups and downs of farming (in Jeremy's case mostly downs!). Caleb should have a medal for putting up with him. He and Gerald are stars, I cry laughing every time Gerald speaks, he's mint!
I'm gonna go on a pilgrimage from doncaster to Jeremy's farm 😂😂
I have to say, this has been a fantastic show, thoroughly enjoyed it. Hoping for a second season.
Everytime I see a farming show of Jeremy,I'm reminded of him shooting the weeds with a shotgun
Jeremy did great! Thank you very much for this series. Big hopes that you continue this journey
They would try and blow the place up knowing those two
Clearly one of the best shows ever.
Clarkson is a 7 ft baby and I love that
Just loved the series. As as a child my crazy bought a 60 acre "hobby farm" With stroppy sheep. This was a trip down memory lane, escapee sheep and all
"Have Richard and James visited the farm?"
"No, no, no..."
Lisa's awesome. Treat her well. It's nice to see you happy.
Hopefully we get a second season
