Great feed Obsidian, you should do a power out with each troll powers and heal out with all heal powers to see which powers priority is more etc it would be interesting.

I have tested the CC trinket, it just doesn't scale very well in today's content. At around 25k resto it was only a 11-12k shield, which won't protect you from much at all these days in the newer raids. It's certainly an option for a healer to run but the 2secs it takes to cast the shield sometimes can be better spent on putting another HOT or burst out to the group etc, its really situational.
ObsidianChillDCUO thx, noticed your other video after asking it. I'm sorcery healer and still trying to overcome some weak healing aspect. Glad that boon of soul is strong. I'll replace CC trinket by orbital or accomplice in that case or do you suggest the Sorcery consumables?

Hey Obsidian, is there any way you can test deathmark on celest? I remember trying to spam it on an Ice tank in CotE last DLC with around 26k resto and if I remember correctly, it absorbed around 45k but can’t remember. Deathmark is technically a 4man shield since you can have it up on 4 group members 95% of the time with very little delay without it and it doesn’t override other shields like hard light etc
Mk2017 K Didn’t think DcB was a 4 man shield, pretty sure it was just a personal shield that when it breaks it provides healing only to up to 3 players. The deathmark shield itself was only 1.37 modifier.

Can you compare to amazonian deflect and hardlight shield. Sometimes run those on my heal when I don't feel like running a sc.
I did in my tank shield video, amazon deflection is much stronger than HLS
Serious question...ive logged on and off dc just to say hi to people but I javent seriously played the game in almost 4 years. Is dc worth coming back to? Should I spend the 15 or is the game still bad
Alot has changed but if you genuinely had fun before in the past then you still would. If you didn't really enjoy the game and just played with friends etc than its not worth to come back to.

Obsidian, i have a pvp question. I have played since 2012 and took a 2 year break, been back 6 months or so. I have seen people talking about stats being capped in pvp. I have tried to research the cap levels so that i am not wasting SP on resto, dom, etc. I have not had any success on specifics. Could you assist me with this question? It would be greatly appreciated.
Joseph White Compare your open world PVP stats to those when you are in an instance and there you will see the stat clamping. I have over 60% of my base stats for PVP gear clamped from open world to instance.
Joseph White The crit magnitudes are all capped in arena. You want to max out crit chances of your choice and then additional stats such as might and power, precision, etc. Also, stats are clamped as well. You can see these clamped values if you look at your gear inside arena

Howdy Obsidian... Could you do a video and talk about the role & importance of each: Dominance & Restoration, as a healer? If dominance affects the potency of your heals and the strength of your shields, wouldn't that mean that the higher your dominance, the more effective your heals s and sheilds would be? People in game have always only stressed high restoration, but I personally think, dominance is equally as important. Please & thank you!

being that you're 4 years behind you may have allot of fun getting thru the dlc you missed but also being that youre so far behind its going to be hard to do those dlc as most people are on the 243+ mark, based on my experience id recommend it.

What ... isn‘t Deathmark(Celestial) a Shield ?
It’s only a personal shield and it’s weaker than normal Blessing (1.37 modifier vs 1.92). A healer wouldn’t use it unless it’s some battle heal concept but then you aren’t worried about healing then.
I have a battle heal load out in which I spam the deathmark shield.

Well the game itself it's way too laggy at the watchtower even inside the mission's lately so I'm almost losing interest in playing this game and I've seen playing since 2012 I'm tire of all the nurf their doing I'm tire of the fact that their not really doing anything to make the game better they're only focus on pve stuff and gave up on pvp they definitely need to upgrade the pvp soon it's been the same gear for almost 3years maybe 4 its really mest up.
