why is japnaese people know for their design, food and everything ? becasue they have passion, dedication, discipline, honesty and sincerity for wanting to do the best in everything they do and making money is not always the priority. they believed in doing with the heart and passion and money will follow.
the shop is quaint, the owner and shopkeeper looks like they came straight out of animes, and all of the pastries and cakes made looks incredibly delicious. love it !

This gentleman is an artist.... all fresh ingredients and the prices are so inexpensive. Here in America you pay more for disgusting baked goods full of chemicals. I stopped buying baked goods several years ago. The Americans don't know about fresh cream they sell artificial synthetic 'cream' in and on their baked goods... So bad.

ひとりだったのですが、途中で初対面の素敵な女性おふたり、レイコさんとマユミさんと同席して、原シェフを交えておしゃべりしながらミルフィーユ→ロールケーキといただきました。
そして帰ってからレイコさんにお土産で頂戴したショソンも。
1日3こ…食べ過ぎ。でも我慢できなくて。
