In this video lesson, GM Igor Smirnov will share with you how to crush White against the Queen's Gambit 1.d4 d5 2.c4. Instead of accepting the gambit with 2...dxc4 or declining (or defending) the gambit with 2...e6, you can countergambit with the Albin Countergambit by playing 2...e5, which leads to a sharp and dynamic position.
After White accepts the gambit with 3.dxe5, which is the most common reply, Black can play 3...d4 which is the whole essence of Black's plan. It gives some space advantage, restricting the White knight from developing to c3, and works well with the idea of Bb4+, creating some serious threats along the dark squares.
You will learn the practical traps you can use in this opening variation. You will also learn how to refute the Albin Countergambit if you are playing 1.d4 as White.

BTW When you showed us how to start attacking az withe in Italian game it was amazing, it was a play style that only stockfish can defend against, we're more like play styles like that not traps
Qxf3 Rxf3 and Rxh2
Good and simple defense v albin as Bb4 is the biggest trick.
what app/website do you use?
Why would White not play 2. Kf3 ? It seems that the main line postpones advancing the knight until move 3. Yet advancing the knight on move 2 seems to prevent the Albin counter gambit. Why wait?
Albin coutergambit is simple to defend as white
None of these currently is working for Black because of meta which is Whites' 2nd move: Nf3 (after d4).
RxH2 is my answer for puzzle.
İgor i play albin. a3 after e3 i dont understand why black take e3 i play a5 after Bc5 and i enjoy black game
As a queen's gambit player, the lasker trap is something I'm always afraid of.
Qxf3 Rxf3 or Rg2 Rxh2#
Black winning move: Qxf3
queen takes f3 if rook takes on f3 the rook takes h2 queen takes h2 and the other rook on h8 takes on h2 and delivers mate, if after queen takes f3 rook g1 to g2 then rook takes h2 the rook on g2 cant take and king h1 is forced and after rook h1 roof to g1 is forced rook takes g1 king takes g1 and rook h1 is mate
and king g1 is forced and checkmate by rook on h1
