So Cool! Merry Christmas to me! LOL
It reminds me of the typical 17th century's polychromy. The gold glazes painted over wood, for example. I think it's lovely. :)
It's not a feature I can find a practical use for, as an illustrator (in the stuff I do), but I can see myself spending tons of minutes, productivity time lost just watching (hypnotized) the particles flow and the ray traced bumps, lol. It brings (as always Rebelle does) the memories of my traditional painting years.
I'm very interested in overall improvements in performance, settings flexibility (like hiding the undo :D ), brushes behavior, etc. So, can't wait till December 14th... But I'll do my best :D
Hi Justice. Thanks for all your videos. I hope you are feeling better.
Thank you. I'm feeling "mostly" better. Still a bit of a cough but that's typical for me to have that linger.
Impresionante!
Loved the intro! Please do feel better! I was interested in your Tablet Pro Studio app, but I'm not sure what computer/device it's designed for. I am an Apple/iPad person, but I am guessing that this is for the Window tablet computers that I don't know much about. I would suggest that you might want to consider specifying which computer this is for because I was ready to purchase but deceided to check what it can be used on. Rest up and drink plenty of fluids!
I ordered 7 pro. I'm super excited for releasing that. 😍
I’m super excited as well 😊
This hurts my brain, love it
Greetings. I'm wondering if this new version has the mirror tool. Thanks a lot !!!!
Take care of yourself. Already preordered.
thank you 😊
Which is the best tablet to buy for rebelle 7?
I'm getting reflection without nano pixel?
For the brush cursor on Rebelle 7 does it have the option of the brush being the outline or silhouette/stamp of the brush being used or is it still just the circle cursor option like in the 5th version?
They modified that in version 6. version 7 can do the outline that changes in size and orientation dynamically.
For someone who is mostly focused on the oil painting aspects of Rebelle, I do not see much of an update towards that aspect. Seeing I already have Rebelle 6 which I love, I am struggling to figure out whether upgrading would be worth the money, when the focus of my usage is the oils?
There is some MASSIVE improvements in the brush creator and the paint and texture response to height. Brushes can be significantly more realistic and have a lot more depth to what you can do. If you get the update, I have a very hard time picturing regret.
@@TabletPro Thanks for the reply. Now you made it even harder for me to say no to it :p
They have upgraded impasto and updated texture heighth affects the oil brushes quality overall. I suggest buying it.
Imo they should've said in details what changes were implemented but there is more than they show on the surface.
Thanks for the response@@laniakeas92 !! Yeah, they definitely need to advertise things better, because I know a lot of users do not see a reason to upgrade, thinking it is only these few new things.

Huh
You used Paint mode but a paint was still smudged.
I can't remember pastel behaving that way in Rebelle 6. It only smudges and blends if you use Paint and Blend mode and I always found that annoying.
Good to know it smudges even in Paint mode now! +1 to realism.
be healthy😉
I don't understand how you get the realistic looking impasto. I have my impasto depth set to 10 and my brushes all still look completely flat. I'm using a metallic layer and oil brushes, and the metallics are not working at all. Is this a graphics problem with my computer or am I doing something wrong?
Rebelle 7 or 7 pro? What is the loading set at for the brush in the oil properties (not quick oils)
@@TabletPro I'm using Rebelle 7 pro. Where do I find loading settings? I can't find it
edit: nevermind, I didn't realize I was using express oils! Totally my bad!
how does the reflection get "baked" into the final exported jpg? I don't see the point of it moving around as you pan/zoom honestly. That's not a dynamic you can share with anyone who doesn't have the software right?
That's what I was thinking too. Once it's baked into a jpg or similar not sure it would show. Wondering how or if it shows in the built in time lapse though. I do like doing those.
I wonder if those reflections eat too much RAM. Plus some reflections end up blocking the actual color and it would suck if the final product end up with some unwanted reflections 😅
Kind of seems like a flashy feature very few will have a practical use for. I'm much more interested in seeing how the new canvas interaction will work, as someone who loves playing around with texture and mark making.
