how do you arrange the data in excel before using it in grapher?

Thank you for your question! You can arrange your data variables that you want displayed in a piper plot in rows or columns in Excel, similar to how the video displays the Grapher worksheet at 0:25. In this example, the data is in columns but if you have data in rows, you can check the box next to Data in rows under the Data section of the Plot tab in the Property manager.
