Like same situation was during demon king piccolo arc and toriyama recreate it in this saga where chauotzu is permanently dead.
Piccolo begins to demonstrate his high combat intelligence in these two episodes. You might find his overly harsh words and actions toward Gohan displeasing, but this actually shows that Piccolo sees Gohan as an equal comrade rather than just a child.
On top of that he's King of Fighters, he is doing everything right from taking as much heat as possible onto himself and keeping their focus. "Don't look away Gohan!, HONOR HIS BRAVERY!" 😢 say what you wanna say but Trien & Chaotzu friendship is 🥲

More often than not, Dragon Ball Z would reuse battle footage to expand the fight and fill out the runtime for the episode since the anime staff wanted to make sure the show didn’t outpace the Dragon Ball manga that was still being written, illustrated, and published at the time.
Piccolo trying to look tough killing the Saibai-man brutally because Vegeta simply used his two fingers to one-shot blast them always gets me. He didn't want to look too far behind from these unbelievable monsters that is the Saiyajins 😂.
Watch English version it's better in terms of music and voice acting in z..I know Japanese is the og one but English version with falchoner and Chris sabat and the one liners r untouchable.

サイバイマンの散り方を見ると、「グレムリン」を思い出す。
原作で見ると、鳥山先生が描いたナッパの筋骨隆々な姿はもっと迫力があります(改めて見てもシンプルながら良いデザインだなと感じる容姿)。
天津飯の腕が落とされた時のリアクション…よく分かります(あまりにも衝撃的だった)。
実際、鳥山先生は描くのが面倒なので、スキンヘッドなど丸い頭のキャラクターが多い。
一方で、ブルマやヤムチャなど髪型を定期的に変えるという面倒な事を自分に課してる部分もあります。
チャオズの自爆は誰もが脳裏にこびりついているドラゴンボールの忘れられないシーンの1つ(自分は、このチャオズの最後のシーンがプリントされたTシャツをよく着ています)。
AHO…アニメオリジナル部分であるTV局の名前は、AHO(アホ)か。
分身、分裂がよく出てくる作品だなと思われるでしょうが、ここは原作にはありません。
