In Poland she'd be charged for diffrent crime - defamation with use of mass communication media. It's much more severe than just ,,regular" defamation.

So those two people would be tested for HIV and the forensic medic would give a report. If someone really had HIV and it is proven later that he knew about it, than its HIV spreading case. If not, it's a wrongful accusation case and the person who forwarded the claim gets fucked

I can admit I played the believer when some friends came to me saying a new girl in our group was groping and being incredibly inappropriate with them.
