Yep me either. My one Mac got to the “collecting information” button and froze and when I tried with my other Mac, it got stuck at “Searching for printer.” Taking it back

did not work off course. hp is and has always done garbage printers. it gets stuck half way through the process. i cant even connect my printer with the usb-cable. this has been the same story for everyone i know with every HP printer

Easy to follow. There was a point when my OS asked for User Name and Password, but when I back tracked, the proper HP page came up asking just for the password and acquired the printer exactly as in the video. Many thanks.

The printer was a bit complicated to hook up ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 but it does the job very efficiently. I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. I'll update my review in a couple of months.
