    "Profession help" made me so sick (mentally) :(
    I had different psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitian, outpatient... but all of them was SO unprofessional :(
    They knews nothing about an ED, or GI-issues, extreme hunger, etc.
    "Just eat" - that was always the answer. But: how many calories, portions, or what I need eat...? "No right answer or a guideline. "Just eat".
    So, I recover on my own - very-very hard, but I make progress :) (slowly)

    In regards to your meal plan, would you actually say that you are consuming the necessary 3000 calorie minimum each day? (500 for snacks and 800 or more for meals)
