I finally learned the difference between type and instance parameters!! Thank you so much.
Same here, thanks for the great tutorial!

Some stuff in Revit is still overly complicated. Family creation is one of the most confusing, but important, areas. You can’t say you are ‘good’ at Revit until you’ve nailed family creation.
You are so right, if you can't master creating families all Revit models seem generic and bland
I am learning a lot from your vlogs. Thank you very much Balkan. For sharing your knowledge effectively. You are good, sincere and passionate in teaching.

Hello! Love your tutorials )) Can we nest more than one family and after make a parameter to choose one of them? I mean like three types of door handle and a parameter _door handle type_ to make visible only one? As happens in some system families?
[Regarding the random nested door handle family]
"Ok, it looks kind of weird here... but... on a door that would look nice" 🤣
please make a video to introduction all of metric familly and their functions with example.thank you ❤
Sir do a tutorial on Spanish roof tiles

How create Vines family please
How do you export fascia families, perhaps these are assemblies and not families.. can they still be exported? I can’t find how to open or ‘edit’ the assembly the same way you can with a family item? Cheers
Is there any way to create families that allow the user to pick elements in a sequence and generate a model at the end of the process?
Example: for an event tent, is it possible to provide the following questions / options to the user?
A) Width
A1 - type a value:
B) Lenght
B1 - type a value:
C) Floor?
C1 - No floor
C2 - Plywood
C3 - Vinyl
D) Air conditioning
D1 - No
D2 - Yes
yes, you can add an invisibility type of parameter.
I can t find label dimensions
Hi balcon I want to join in your revit classes I cannot do it

I would use a material. Revit is not the right platform to model detailed plants in 3D.
