Tough day in those conditions so still well done on bagging 2 of the 4. Got to say your channel is essential viewing and thoroughly enjoying watching you on this challenge. A must watch for anyone thinking of tackling these fine mountains. Take care. Mick.
I think you made the right choice of cutting the walk short as you must be getting exhausted and quite a few walkers have died on these hills and gone missing so come back again and post another great video for us😊.
Well done Nick, tough conditions; always a hard decision to cut short, but rarely the wrong one. Good catching up with you in Killin two weeks ago, we’re just back from our two week trip. Good luck with your challenge and take care, David, Lisa (the vegan runner) & Sid (the dog) 😁
Thanks David… it was great catching up with you in Killin… isn’t it a small world… you’re right, I was very tired, and cutting the walk short was the right choice. I re-walked the second part of the route today and had an awesome day… good luck with your second round on the Munro’s!!
Well done on making the right decision Nick. Sounds as though you both need to recharge. Hope the sun comes out for your next one. Loving the dramatic scenery and cloud scapes.
Don't worry Nick we all get days when the body isn't willing and I am sure you did the right thing - it's a marathon, not a sprint. The rock on Binnean Beag that you were unsure about is quarzite and you are in for bucketloads of it when you do the Grey Corries.
Done the correct thing Nick, good decision, refresh get biorythims going again, you'll get days like you had in the Mamores, but the hills will always be there !!!Hard Gaun,Ian Dundee

Thanks Mick… it’s encouragement like this which keeps me going… appreciated 👍
I did these hills in thick fog and heavy rain so this video was nice to see the tops and the views😉.

I need a holiday 😂
@@baggingthemunros3354 I'd say a spar and massage and a nice pint.

Thanks Eddie, I’ve been seeing a lot of quartzite recently
@@baggingthemunros3354 Yes it's hard on the feet.
What a tough day that’s been. I did this route a few years ago and got sunburned. The Scottish weather can be so unpredictable.
Did the two missed out today.. in half the time!! It’s so unpredictable.. fun nevertheless

Thanks ian… it’s always a hard choice.. But I bagged the other two today and had a fantastic day… just leaving my schedule a bit tight 🙄
Have a word with Stan and ask him if he'd like a couple of days rest.
He’s a Collie crossed with à Husky… he doesn’t understand rest🙄😂
