It honestly amazes me the work that was put into Road 96, all the voice acting for every possible scenario, and how they have multiple options for every situation you’re put in. Add in Kevin’s chaos with the endless possibilities and it’s a recipe for success!

I hope they come out with a sequel or some sort of new content become all there is to do once you complete the game is to play again to get every other encounter you didn't in your first playthrough or to try getting a new ending.

Kinda like mcdonald's like 38 (forgot the actual amount) different flavours (maybe it said combinations which would be much more accurate but I don't remember) or something but actually it is like 8 and all the 'different' flavours are just changing 1 because you get two in each cup. Anyway when they did that, they literally just had coke and then the other flavours were always broken

Without that nothing happens in road 96.He could just walk around the small given area for Hours but nothing will happen. Its not like other games he plays where he finds way to duplicate stuff or finds weird glitches.

Kevin, if you keep playing, there'll be a definitive end. I thought 1 playthrough to freedom was the actual end, but its not. You gotta play all episodes to get real endings.
Also just in case you’ll play this again, the important choices you make have a little symbol on the left. Either a fist, a voting ballet, or a knapsack. These affect the potential endings.
Makes sense. Kevin mostly choose the revolt options (the fist), which is to be expected since its the one that leads to chaos, and thats why the country burned. Nice to know that, even unintencionally, everything Kevin touch will end up on fire.

The big reason Kevin is able to do longer content is because he's taking a much more relaxed pace. To upload everyday you have to fit in your recording and editing into a very rigid schedule. Less uploads gives more time for editors to work, making long form content more cost effective and you can block shoot some content a few days a week to give yourself more days off.

Cool seeing another video for this - I played a ton of this game after seeing your first one. My advice: remember any phone numbers you see (on billboards and such) because you can ring them up on any playthrough for laughs and wacky antics (I think those are your favourite type of antics if I remember rightly)
I love this game. It has a really cool way of story telling where you aren't actually the main character your just a traveler who has to piece the story together.
I originally played this game for a full playthrough all because of Kevin's first video on it. absolutely one of my favourite games I've ever played. I'm waiting until it's less fresh in my mind to give it some additional new game plus playthroughs to try for different endings can't wait to see how Kevin plays it though, this has to be great

Weirdly it’s only really the demo that’s randomly generated, the main campaign is actually almost identical for everyone, but it does a fantastic job at hiding it.
Nah, the encounters are pretty much random based on where you are and how you choose to travel. That scene with Jarod at the old Brigades base was one of the last ones I saw in my playthough.
I've had this game for months and I can say, it's not randomly generated completely. The scenes are all the same, but the order they happen in is different!
So I dowloaded the right game. This is amazing for only 20$ Each hitchhiker is a chapter of the game and there's seven chapters to do things like influence the election and figure out the back story between the people you meet.

I hope there's a DLC where you can play as someone who is for Tyrak, but is wandering to the border for a different reason, but at the end you have a choice, escape or leave. Like , a character related to a government official that has a goal to get to the border to personally stop the kids crossing. you know like the...."german" youth in WW2
I literally finished this game myself yesterday and saw you made this video on it. I highly recommend you continue to play this game, it has a great vibe and atmosphere to it, especially with the soundtrack which I wish you could have on without copyright issues. It's a great game with some fun scenarios and a good story. It is really satisfying trying all the different ways to cross the border as well.

And he doesn't show you everything like some gamers. As for this game, the soundtrack is actually awesome. When he plays the game with Alex you briefly hear the best song. But yeah, this is as an awesome game, as he said.

They didn't make any DLC for this game, but they announced a prequel focused on Zoe. Look up "Road 96: Mile 0"
