Dr. Janine shares an easy hack for warts. She demonstrates how using a piece of duct tape on the wart is an easy hack to get rid of warts. She explains how using the duct tape robs the wart of oxygen and after some time the wart will come off with the tape. Lastly, Dr. Janine talks about how the stronger and stickier the tape is the better, and that it can be reapplied if the tape gets wet or is no longer sticky.

You are supposed to file off the dead skin and keep reapplying the duct tape until it’s gone 🙏🏼
I actually use nail clippers to trim the built up skin. Once it starts to hurt or you see the pink fleshy, then apply

Done it several times. Do that before applying the duck tape. Then just leave it on. Takes about two weeks without oxygen for the wart to go away.

When I was a 13 year old, I discovered finger nail polish and was delighted. After doing each nail on my body, I polished the cluster of warts on my knee! I did this with gusto often! After a few weeks the warts fell off while I was running!

The mechanism is not by robbing the wart of oxygen. It is the duct tape adhesive, which is mildly acidic, that offsets the PH of the tissue, killing the virus.
Why do we breathe from the nose we can breathe from the skin too what your saying makes sense we are not plants that take in oxygen from leaves.

In a different video was suggested that it takes several times - a new ducktape every 6 days and it should take 2 months, hope it helps

Go to the local ice store and get some dry ice. Dry ice is cold enough to freeze it off.
I did this to a wart I had on my thumb. Changed the tape once a day and about a week later, the wart was gone!
Put castor oul with baking soda and make into paste. Put on wart and then the tape.
duct tape def robbed the oxygen but freezing it + salicylic acid + duct tape kills it within like 3 weeks and any other warts close to the initial one
it doesn’t need oxygen. it takes what it needs from ur body by blending in. it falls off from the skin becoming loose and the wart wanting to come out with it. u may have to fight to dig it out tho, it can hurt but it also might not at all

For extra efficiency apply aspirine on the wart and then put the duct tape on top of it. The aspirine will basically fry the wart lol.
I use salicylic acid w/ water. Apply it using a q tip on skin tag type of wart only for 3 days straight, once a day. It will burn, but it will be gone in just 3days.
It destroyed one on my toe quickly, but years later I had small ones on my wrist and knuckle, and the only thing that worked was apple cider vinegar, turned it all soft and dead and filed off easily, same thing doesn't always work. One thing that never succeeded for me was salicylic acid though, it would destroy the top layer but it would just keep growing back almost overnight, soon as I switched to the vinegar it's like it penetrated into the entire wart

exactly! i usually can my duc tape using the submersion method. Remember to leave 1/2" of head space.

You can also try clear nail polish. That should starve the wart of oxygen

This is not safe as the polish can get into your blood stream and you can get seizures or worst..
Should work. Duck tape is just easier to apply in most places and to get airtight.
I'm sure she thinks that nail polish is a natural cure too.

They did studies where they were first using clear duct tape but the results weren’t showing any benefits. They used silver duct tape next and the results were amazing

@@Raulusss Not for me! Once and gone for decades. Don’t know if there’s different types of warts that’s tougher.
They became like a white cream with a little black dot in the centre. Just wiped it off and cleaned. Left a little impression in the skin. That also disappeared in about a week.
@@MyTv- Wow, that sounds like quite an experience! Warts can definitely be stubborn for some people. It’s interesting how yours turned into a white cream with a black dot and then just wiped away. I’ve heard warts can vary a lot in how they look and respond to treatments.

Never worked for me or my kids. Apple cider vinegar does work for plantar warts!
I’m not a doctor but I used to have one on my foot and I used compound w and it worked fine you just apply it for several weeks and peel it off
How do you tell the difference between a skin tag and a wart? And is there a different treatment for each one?

I hate how warts are portrayed as gross and filled with pus, in cartoons they make them look like giant green or red bumps but they’re just tiny skin colored bumps in most cases
Go to your local ice company and get some dry ice. It is cold enough to freeze it in seconds. It will turn black within a day, and you can remove it soon after.

You forgot to mention that you got to do this for about a month or more
Don’t just put duct tape over it. Before using duct tape put 1 drop of proviso iodine, 1 drop of garlic (pressed for the juices) then I would be taking AHCC active hexose correlated compound (a supplement in capsule form) ❤

I used sand paper…it took like a week sanding it down little by little…when it got raw I stop….in 1 week wart was gone.
I have been sanding mine down daily for 7 weeks while also using salicylic acid and duct tape and baking soda + castor oil... all after having the Doc freeze it twice. Wart still kicking strong.
In whaat REALITY is the glue in duc tape natural? Are you nuts? I like some of what you say, then, you say something very unintelligent like: B12 has cyanide. Or, duc tape is natural.
