Great work, Kevin. Not knocking you, but what a shame you had nothing to spray down the walls. That would have really polished up all your hard work. I have often used a product called Mold Armor from Home Depot. It works with a garden hose, so likely not so great for you. Again great job !

She didn’t deserve him, that’s for certain. And the end (spoiler alert…lol) when you showed you were keeping him and how he’s such a good dog (understatement)! Per a website: "Many people believe the sighting of a cardinal can be a sign of good luck, loyalty, or even a spiritual message." I think it was a heavenly connection w the deceased former owner who was pleased 😊

I love the transformation this yard had. You never disappoint. I want to know your secrets on how you get doofy to stay they way he does! He is such a well displayed dog. I can't get any of my does to listen like that. Mine are spoiled rotten, well loved, and great watch dogs, but they also don't listen that well. So, to see a dog so well-behaved, especially one that came from a home that neglected him, is amazing. I know some of it has to do with how grateful he is to be in a loving home now, but it also has to do with how well you have trained him. Kudos to you and your family on a job well done not only with the lawn transformation but with doofy too. Keep up the great work you are doing as a servant of God! I put him through professional training with a company called Tip top canine....they are amazing to work with. They worked with him for about 6 hours a day for 6 weeks straight. He came back a completely new dog

The fact that a Family of 5 or 6 has to live in a 2 bed 1 bath 30 year old mobile home makes me SAD😟. Thank God for you doing GOOD in this world!
What's really sad is that the modern day trailer park is now small rv campers. Same situation but a much , much smaller place.
Trailers like this new are getting to unaffordable for people to buy and most trailer parks around the US are converting in to rv parks because they can put 3 or 4 rvs in the same amount of space as a trailer. It blew me away when I first saw that last year.
@@TheBoringChannelLawnCare the RV parks here in the GreatSmokies are at nearly full occupancy year round. We have lived here(moved from eastern VA) since 2005, and i told my hubby then, that it was the wave of the future. He said Nah. I’m right, and its getting worse. We are seeing tons of people coming in from high tax states,and they live in the RVs and campers until they can find some land. Sometimes they cant!

3:26 ....I can't believe it!!! So glad I kept making those comments about SILICOSIS, hahahaha. Gotta take care of yourself man! Landscapers don't think about the amount of dust and hydrocarbons they inhale over their career.
Not going to lie you guys have me a bit scared. I looked it up and it's a really big risk
I don’t think the mask will do anything about the hydrocarbons but it will help with that dust. Easiest way is to blow your nose after a dusty job and see everything that go in there. Now remember your boogers don’t catch it all so some of that made it to your lungs. I wear a dust mask if it’s ever dry and dusty, it’s not worth it to get sick. The right mask also helps so even if it’s hot you can use it without completely dying in it.

Job well done! Doofy is well loved and you can see that the love is returned! So happy that Doofy is learning to help. We had a dog that loved the BRING command; he loved to help out with bringing in groceries, taking out garbage. You could see the pride in his face. Woody is such a beautiful and well mannered dog, rescued from an abusive situation and is starting to bloom under your excellent care and love. ❤

It is hard to believe how devoted and trained Doofy is. That's the love you get back for rescuing him. So cute when he helps you in the yard, carrying limbs. Great job, Kevin. I didn't notice the trailer siding until you mowed and now it sticks like a sore. I cleaned 😊😊the moss and gunk off a metal shed with a garden hose, spray bottle of tilex and a floor broom. Looked a thousand times better. Maybe she could try that. Glad she was so appreciative for your free service, Kevin.😊

That’s not that ladies home, she’s the neighbor in the back yard, she was just nice to him and was thanking him for his work on the abandoned home place, the neighbors really appreciated his work. He helped the neighbor lady Karen because she was having trouble paying her mortgage too.❤ It’s eye appealing now, maybe someone else will wash it now that it can be seen, we can always hope 😂

Looks great Kevin. Wished I knew when you were coming through our area I would have suggested a property, There's a man who lives by himself and needs help with his property. I don't know his circumstances but when my family and I drive through that area we feel sad for him. He evidently has no family or neighbors willing to help him and he's had a tree laying on his house for at least two years. Keep up the good work.
