The way of explanation is fantastic all the credits goes to that coach .If my staff had used ur approach and way of teaching I would have understood very easily in my past Ccna classes
very very helpful. I learned lot of new things here, like DR/BDR election on every lan segment, plus multicast ip 224.0.0.6 .. many many thanks to you. you are really a great tutor.
First of all great video, I learned so many things after watching this video. One thing I need to point out, @29.35 if there are only two routers then DR BDR election will not take place. Because it will become point to pint link then they directly form neighborship followed by adjacency.
DR BDR Election happens on Ethernet technology whether its 2 routers or 4. Connect Routers with ethernet cable and run ospf and check "Show ip ospf neighbor"
wow i watch a lot of OSPF video this is the most accurate and specific i wish I watch it earlier OSPF is one of my weaknesses protcol because it covers a lot of topics.
what a class and training sir ,excellent interview you have done and pateintly explained to them and very clearly it was...... I have put this link into many groups .so they will subscribe and watch ,This will equally helpfulfor the beginners as well as experienced professionals
once Router let say R1 initially start sending hello packet without knowing the other ospf routers in the network, it is considered to be in the down state not in init state which was missing there however Router let say R2 who receive that hello packet without receiving the Router id attched in the Hello packet, only it's considered to be in the init state
Excellent interview 🙏🙏 It will be helpful for the preparation of interview..I am so impressed with this video and ur way of teaching...❤️ I request you to ,,Pls make more and more video on other topic also so that it will be helpful.. thank you so much for this video 🤗
Love you sir from kashmir it helps me a lot you are amazing sir..sir plz make mock interview for security profile like ipsec firewall and vpn...plzz sir
Sir we have Dr and BDR in broadcast network in when we have a 2 router and they connect with Ethernet like point to point connection in this scenario one router become a master with high periority And router 2 Become a slave
It's wrong,Why there is multiple DR BDR in a single area. if there are multiple DR BDR in a single area then DR BDR has no purpose and where are DR other
Atul Sir You are wrong in Dr and bdr concept where is broadcast network that time there is concept of Dr and bdr If there are router are connected with each other point to point link there is no Dr bdr concept
Just having Ethernet connectivity between two routers how it can be DR & BDR selection.... Check video by pausing and review on 30:08 till 31:00 timing... If two routers connect on Ethernet Technology no selection of DR and BDR. Because DR &BDR selection happens on multiaccess devices. First introduce switch between the routers and use Ethernet Technology then Dr and BDr will get elect..
The only thing that helps router decide whethere there will be dr bdr selection is the type of layer 2 encapsulation(which determines ospf network type), rather than the physical topology.
I have check it on lab I see the election process of DR BDR but Im wondering why this happens because on point-to-point network there is suppose to be no DR and BDR.
Does DR and BDR election required when R1 and R2 is directly connected? I dont think so because there wont be any LSA flooding in this scenario. Its kind of P2P network.
This is our CCNA students Interview. After taking two classes of CCNA OSPF topics they giving an interview. Don't judge them.

Hi Atul Sir , will have a DR & BDR election in point to point network ?? As I have studied DR & BDR election in only broadcast multi acces network.
Two multicast routing is using ospf means open shortest path first...
The way of explanation is fantastic all the credits goes to that coach .If my staff had used ur approach and way of teaching I would have understood very easily in my past Ccna classes

Fantastic explanation. Thank you!
It's wrong,Why there is multiple DR BDR in a single area. if there are multiple DR BDR in a single area then DR BDR has no purpose and where are DR other
If its wrong go and check cisco docs and Research papers of OSPF.

It's a good approach in understanding the concept...please post more on this
I would like to study or learn rather from the instructor from this video.
Atul Sir You are wrong in Dr and bdr concept where is broadcast network that time there is concept of Dr and bdr

serial link point to point mein DR and BDR nahi hota he . Ethernet link which is point to point have DR and BDR Election
Thanks you sir
Sir I am impressed with your explanation, can I get the complete ccna classes explanation.
Check Nwkings.com

sir, there is one of the router in area 5 which also comes area 0 so can i say area 0 has 7 router LSAs. please reply
No the ABR in area 5 not in area 0
Question : in Area 0 , as Area 5 one router is also coming in Area 0.... i guess Area 0 should have 7 router LSA
Nice
In Area 0, there should be 7 Router LSAs because there is an ABR connected to Area 5 ?
Can you please provide such enlightenment in Mpls
Upload some more videos on Eigrp, bgp and some switching concepts
Which topic ?
Good 👍🏻
Area 0 have 7 router lsa like you confirm in area 1(5 router lsa).
Amazing
Thank you for such a good interview.
Glad you enjoyed it!
hello sir , i just want to clear something the qustion you asked to student is freshers or experinced ?
Does DR and BDR election required when R1 and R2 is directly connected? I dont think so because there wont be any LSA flooding in this scenario. Its kind of P2P network.
