Thanks for this amazing review! Segway Powersports Panama dealer owner here. Soon we will have more aftermarket support from brands like SuperAtv and assault Industries, and were working hard to make our vehicles better each day. Waiting for your villain H review. im pretty sure youll be impressed with our 200Hp and 250 Nm of instant torque. thats the spaceship we have. thanks again for this amazing review
Another thing with the door handle, if you ever do an enclosed cab you won’t be able to open the door from the outside. Which is interesting since they clearly made it ready for an enclosed cab with that style of cage
deckles. lol. never heard that one before. the unit seems solid and all the tech that comes with it is impressive, all you need is a windshield and a wiper and you could be cruising down the street!
Great review & presentation of this new SXS. I agree with your two points of concern with the door and tailgate cables. One other thing that as overlooked, is the front bumper. It should extend outwards more, to protect the lights.
Actually, they have done alot of the requirements to be road legal in some states from the factory. Horn, blinkers and parking brake are some of those requirements. Awesome idea.
Delivery of two units to me in the USA, Missouri specifically - turn signals and emergency flashers deleted :( wires to rear light at least not sure how much I have to add or how easy to get parts to get them working. Stupid they pulled this regardless of why. Love the machine besides that, heat and noise factors.
New rig, new company to the offroad segment. Honestly not a ton of cons in the scheme of things. I happy they have dove into the market and give schumuks like me options
Thank you for a really good review, it was very informative and helpful. I just purchased a Segway Fugleman to use on our 120 acre timbered property in Oregon. Very happy with most of it but there are a few issues. One of the basics is the shifter is very stiff and hard to get in and out of gear. I do not understand why they have a radio function on the big screen but provide no speakers or antenna. How do you aquire both of these to have a functional radio? I do not especially care for the having to buckle up to have the full power functional. We do a lot of maintenance and work with this unit and not a lot of driving on public lands where the seatbelt is necessary. Just a minor inconvenience. Also I wanted to add rearview mirrors and was told Segway did not have them yet so I had to go aftermarket. Now I see them on the unit that was reviewed and wonder how they got them. I did add a soundbar that we play through the entertainment part of the screen which is nice but it would still be nice to have the radio when needed.
My buddy has fugleman and ended up swapping it, he got lucky cause nothing got into the cylinders but the air box had water in it, another thing I notice is his head bolts were loose one was sticking right out
I’m looking at a leftover 23 tomorrow and this video is helping me to say yes to Segway. Can you tell us where these are made? Also thank you for your amazing review!
Good review! Quite thorough I'd say. The only thing you left out for me is what's under the front hood? Is that where the rad is located and is it easy to access? Is there any storage space under there? Fuses?
In our market (Sweden) they have it priced to high imho, new brand with probably a lower resell price and no reliability to show for yet it would have to be conciderably cheaper then the leading brands and its not. I will probably go for a kawasaki or a can am instead.
My thoughts, there should be Zero need for screens, tech or other nonsense in your ohv. If you are using any of this segway tech, you are not riding in the correct places, like a parking lot or drive though vs being in the mountains or country side. I bet my $11k uforce 1000 at 70hp makes the 100hp of the seg look weak and overrated general. Also, why is the Segway using a ICE motor? Lol
@Gamerj2014 well I'm really happy with the power train but it's all in the details. I've had to do some work trying to get things to my liking.. one thing for sure segway has strong axles. I haven't been able to break one

geez i thought they look slick. the look is what took my attention, and way better then CF-MOTO.
Actually may buy one in the near future.

You're very welcome! We are currently experiencing the gas villain right now waiting for the hybrid!
What’s the price tag on this SxS?
@@steerheadcattle in Canada it's about 27k CAD
@@steerheadcattle about $17,000.00
I liked the machines. I think Segway did a great job for their first machines.
It's good to see some fresh units to the ATV and UTV market.
Competition is key man. I welcome more of it in any market as a consumer.

100% Very true.

Yeah no doubt!
Nice review Kyle. We are so pleased with ours. We can’t wait to get the front and rear screen 🤩
Thanks fellahs!

Agreed. I would simply like to see more options to let the customer choose what they need. Thanks for watching!
Actually, they have done alot of the requirements to be road legal in some states from the factory. Horn, blinkers and parking brake are some of those requirements. Awesome idea.
Here in Canada none of them are required to be road legal where applicable.
@@MainvilleATV i know in Michigan they need to be. Plus DOT approved tires.

I don't know the long term for this machine but I can say nothing but positive words with what I've seen so far!
105 horse power for 16k….. they’re giving you a lot

No storage space, access to the rad fill, and the fuses. Rad cleaning isn't easy on the segways ive found. Atleast to clean it on the trail that is
Will be interesting to see how the hybrid drives. Does not seem to be any driving impression videos of them.
There is currently only one hybrid villain in Canada. I might have access to that soon.
Thank you for review, is this not the hydrid model?
No, they are not out yet in Canada.
Inter lock rear? Turf mode? Front locker? Transmission, belt?
I have driven one of these and found it to load. around our property I would like have a utv that is quiet.
How is the ride quality? I ride trails and gravel roads in the US
It road very well. Exactly how you'd expect a utility sxs to ride.
How is it holding up?

Fair points. Although they may be leaning on their brand name to carry over.
@@MainvilleATV Sure its not a unknowed brand but still...
It reminds me of the Yamaha wolverine sxs
Segway needs to use better strong tubing
Graded bolts and a thicker winch mount
These machines are not cheap why are we not getting our moneys worth
