- Trout fishing in Newfoundland. In this video me, my son and his father in law go on a fishing trip. We had a good day of trouting on Friday. The next day it rained all day long with some very heavy rain throughout the day. Sunday was calling for more rain so when we awoke it was only a little misty so we packed up and headed home. It was a great weekend, lots of good meals and a few drinks around the fire. #newfoundland #newfoundlandandlabrador

This was a very pleasant reminder of any occasion I ever had for a trout fishing adventure . Nice looking trout , food , refreshments and camp . Thanks for taking us along Bluefin .

He got married last September 3rd ( my birthday) We had a great weekend and the setup was very comfortable with Terry's big tent and wood stove especially with the cool wet Saturday we had. Much bigger setup than my usual lightweight setup of my hammock or my one person tent. It was nice that we all hooked some trout. Our first trouting trip of the season was fun. I'm going on an 9 day solo camping trip again next week.......Take care, Mike.

Glad you liked it. Terry's tent with the wood stove was a perfect set up for that weekend. I usually use a small tent or my camping hammock. So glad we had that big tent with wood stove and cots. We are planning another trouting trip again for this June. I hope we get better weather but we still had a blast......Take care, Bluefin.

Our pleasure! it was not my typical lightweight setup this time. The tent was Terry's and we were glad to have a large tent with a big covered porch and a wood stove as we had cool weather and on Saturday it rained pretty much all day and night. We had a great time on this trip with some trouting, great meals and a good chat with a few drinks around the fire. I'm going on another 9 day solo trip in a few days........Take care, Bluefin.

This was an awesome trip and that tent was so comfortable to have especially with the less than perfect weather. The tent belongs to my buddy Terry in this video. It would be a perfect tent for some winter camping. Going to have to put that adventure on the list....Take care, Bluefin.

Sounds like a great idea having it on a platform. It was so comfortable to have this tent that weekend with the poor weather. We still had tons of fun just not as much trouting as we planned. looks like a good time...I see a Toronto Blue jays hat the Spring Train in Dunedin, Florida the town I grew up in! Geddy Lee from Rush usally comes town each year to watch some games

We did. The weather didn't really cooperate that weekend. It was cold, raining and windy most of the time. Despite the weather we had fun. We definitely wanted to get more fishing done. We will do another trip this year. Thanks for stopping by.....Take care, Bluefin.

Too bad you didn't get anything in this video to be positive about as many others did. Yes, we did do a lot of cooking and hanging out in the tent. We are not afraid of rain but there were very heavy rains with a fair bit of wind. Not all was captured in this video. We made the best of the conditions this trip.
