- I’m going to show you how I painted a mural in my craft room. I am also going to share with you the tools I used and give you some tips and tricks on the how to paint your own mural. I am listing everything I used below.

Wow wow wow! When I first saw this work of art on your craft room makeover video I thought you had put up a wallpaper mural. No. You painted that! Wow. I absolutely love it! You inspire me. My husband of 27 yrs died in march and I had to move. So.. I no longer have a craft room but I won't let that stop me. I will paint and craft again soon and its because of this gorgeous lady and her beautiful mind. Now I can't wait to set up a little space in my new place and start again! Thank you..xo

I am glad I found your channel. This is absolutely gorgeous. It turned out perfect . And it make your tiny craft room amazing! And all your tips & tricks. You are so inspiring. I also have a tiny craft room & I removed the closet door and added shelves . NOW I have inspiration to set up my sewing machine INSIDE ! I have NO place for my little sewing machine. I will try to show you when it is finished.
My husband also installed a shop light in my craft room. He did it while I was away as a surprise because he knew I would never agree. He was 💯 xamillion percent right! It works amazing & I love the app. Mine is adjustable- I can pull it up& down
JUST LIKE MY GREAT GRANDMAs.
That was one of the best surprises ever.

I don't feel so bad for having so many hobbies after seeing your room. I paint, draw, paper craft, just got my first cricut, photography, I also play flute, ukulele and piano. I used to make jewelry too but I gave it up because my husband made me feel guilty for having too much stuff and really my room is so stuffed that I can barely move. I love your mural btw. I painted a tree on my living room wall and hung photos all over it. ❤

I simply have too much. I went up the walls to use every inch that I could possible use for storage. My supplies simply won't fit.

Thank you but you could totally do it. You just may want to project an image on the wall to trace first. There is no shame on that. I would have traced my drawing if I hadn’t misplaced my projector! 😂😜

This is so beautiful, a real labour of love! I painted murals in my house years ago but haven’t done any in our new house. My daughter is just about to head off to university and so I’m going to finally get my craft room and this really made me want to paint on the walls again. Great tip using Procreate btw I do use it but never thought to plan this way. Thank you so much for sharing. 😀

Wowzers, I love that so much! I paint rocks for fun, I hope you don't mind if I paint part of this on some of my rocks. I hide them in local parks here in the UK for children to find and either keep or re-hide. I loved your craft room makeover too, well done you!

I loved “I don’t like being neat.” 8’ square is a super tiny room - sounds like a closet. The mural design is awesome! You should do commissions. Dang, you have a bunch of tools you are using. This does not look like your first time doing this.

I love your mural I wish I could do something as amazing as yours but I’m just not that good.
If you aren’t comfortable with your drawing skills (which by the way I’m not comfortable with mine) find some designs you like and project them on your wall and trace them. Use the compressed white charcoal so you can easily erase mistakes and then relax and enjoy the process. Just have fun and don’t be so critical of yourself. You never know how good you could be unless you try. Plus, it’s just paint. If you end up not liking it, just paint over it. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can! ♥️♥️♥️

Just a question...what procreate brush do you use, please? I recently started using Procreate and can't seem to find a smooth brush (kind of like if I was using a Pigma Micron Pen)

I did not seal this but you absolutely could, especially if you are painting a high traffic area.
