Really cool to see your full day of eating bro. I know you’re trying to cut and get those abs back but don’t forget your maintenance caloric intake, 1200 is probably way lower than your maintenance. Your protein is also lower than 1g/per pound. You may be losing muscle in this weight loss journey so just be mindful of that. You do need to be in a deficit in order to lose weight as you already know,but it doesn’t have to be an extreme deficit though lol. Just be mindful of what you’re eating, definitely keep track of everything. Keep up the grind bro, love to see you making content and pushing yourself!

Can you share what went wrong other than “I’m human” because it’s looking like extreme caloric deficits and fasting isn’t the way to go if all that progress you make gets reverted and negated that fast.
Sure I can share. The difference that i noticed from the last time i had my abs was me being more strict and consistent with my eating habits and workout routine. I was training for football when I got my abs so I was more strict And consistent with everything that I was doing. Since im not training for football anymore , this time around has taken more time , especially since my job now takes up majority of my time. So I’m finding a balance now so I can get back to where I was, I’m just bringing everyone along on that journey
The keys things I would say is to slowly add more calories to your daily intake, but continues to make sure you’re consuming clean Whole Foods, high protein meals
