As a creative, dynamic, effective player with a keen ear for melody and a great sense of direction and progression on the guitar, Jack is best known as the winner of the online competition Guitar Idol 2009.
He taught himself how to play guitar at age 13 and took lessons from famous guitar instructors in Thailand. After graduating from university, he worked as a sideman guitarist, guitar instructor, studio guitarist, music composer, and arranger.
Jack has acknowledged many guitar influences including Joe Satriani, John Petrucci, David Gilmour, Alex Lifeson, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, Steve Lukather, Gary Moore, Scott Henderson, Robben Ford, and more.
