Wow. I had no idea about all of these great exercises. I mainly needed something to help w/post rotator cuff surgery, when not in PT. Some of these I think I can do.
Great video. I wish they would have a choice of DVD or USB , many people no longer have DVD player, or if they do, it might NOT be in excercise room. So it is great to be able to watch your videos. Thankyou
@jewelbriard5444 I got one and it snapped after about 3 goes 😬🤣 Il keep searching Ebay ext. It was the only thing that made me consistently stick to excessive. Tony is very motivating too, corny as he is he's really good at what he does

Hi Rosalie, First and foremost I would like to say that you are a great inspiration. I have watched you for years on tv channels demonstrating equipment with Rick Domeier. You are absolutely beautiful, energetic and fit. I have purchased several of Tony's "Wonder Sticks" since everytime I take one to the gym they "disappear" I have every gadget you can image to exercise. I have promoted this one for years since, in my humble opinion, is one of the best things money can buy. I could write about it for the rest of my life, but I won't waste anymore of your time. I do however have a question, how may time a week can I do this video? Can I do it every day Monday - Friday or do I have to do it every other day. It is very easy for me to do since I am almost in as excellent shape as you. Just kidding. Thanks in advance and stay healthy and beautiful. God Bless.
Hi Ali!! So happy to be a part of your workouts!! You can workout with this as much as you like! If you’re sore.. use less resistance- it’s a great tool for accommodating all fitness levels and easy to make it harder or easier! I like to move my body everyday with strength work 4-5x a week! Enjoy!
Change power cords by rotating the bar, then unwrapping it until the elastic bands dangle freely from the flexible cleats at each end of the bar. A small stopper on the end of each band keep you from drawing it straight through the cleats; pull the band sideways through the cleat's side opening instead. Slide the new band into place the same way, ensuring that its stopper is firmly seated in the cleat.

Excercise in my routine and down 15 pounds thank u so much u are a big help . If u do decide to put videos for the pro shaper I wouldn't mind lol. Yes I do have dumbbells. I think they are 5 ,8 , 3 pounds plus kettle bells

@@OscarsWilde There are some knock-off brands on Amazon. I saw them in last 2 weeks. The length looks a tiny bit shorter and the bar is straight
