Ryan Reynolds got what Stan Lee was doing with comics. Making real issues, crossed with super hero tales. Abuse is a real thing, and it causes trauma... All this was addressed in a very entertaining way. Hurt people, hurt people.
Violence breeds violence, it's like a vicious circle and someone has to stop it eventually. And sometimes it takes a sacrifice to stop the circle of violence.
This scene cracks me up, especially when he starts randomly singing “papa can you hear me?” it was improvised by Ryan because Josh’s stepmom is the legendary Barbara Streisand. And they revealed in an interview with Graham Norton that Ryan would just randomly start singing it on set to wind up Josh. He even did it to Josh again during the interview and Josh looked like he couldn’t make his mind up whether to laugh or hit Ryan! He also apparently gatecrashed a video call Josh was on with his father and stepmom and started singing it and dancing behind Josh while he was talking to his parents. 🤣 I can’t wait for DeadPool 3 and Disney has promised that they’re not going to interfere and keep the DeadPool solo movies as R-Rated as they know it’s in safe hands with Ryan and his team and they also don’t want to p1$$ off the fans. But have also said that he will be toned down if he’s part of a bigger team like the actual X-Men when they finally reboot them movies which Ryan has agreed to that condition. He said that he wouldn’t return to play the character if Disney tried changing what him and his team have built bringing the character to the big screen. And I do think that they will keep their word about not interfering because of how profitable the solo movies alone are and they can see that R-Rated Comic Movies do have an audience and make a lot of money. It’s probably the only character that they won’t start messing around with because of how beloved the character is aswell as Ryan playing him. It’s like the character was written for Ryan and just like Wolverine and Hugh you can’t see anyone else playing so thank our lucky stars that Ryan has managed to talk Hugh into reprising his iconic character for DP3 even though Hugh has stated many times that he’s done with the character and laid him to rest after the ending of Logan. So despite how the MCU hasn’t been as good since EndGame with the odd movie or TV show here and there, we know that they’ll definitely be back on form with DP3 with two of the most iconic characters played by the original actors who made them iconic in the first place.

Why couldn’t Deadpool regenerate from the bullet?
because the collar he was wearing was designed to neutralize Mutant's abilities, thus Wade could no longer regenerate and was dying for real.
