Well Deadpool is essentially a super soldier, able to perform wild flips and acrobatics without any momentum on the spot. Fast enough to slice a bullet in half. Strong enough to casual throw people around, and knock a car back like 10 ft.
I find it refreshing when movies don’t murder faceless grunts in the background. It seriously devalues human life. Don’t get me wrong I loved the movie, and appreciated the fact that Deadpool stated himself that he’s a murderer. Self-awareness is a good thing. Most marvel movies show none of that.

Wade has a very strict code of honour. He doesn't hurt kids or anyone innocent. He's a pansexual, sailor-mouthed, self-healing, fourth wall breaking, martial artist badass; and I fucking love him.
I like how a stab wound to the head was such a drawn out scene in DP1, but by the time he fights Wolverine he does nothing but eat those like free munchies.
I like how consistent the fight is in showing the progression. No heroic second wind, no moment of shifts in the power dynamic, it's just a brutal fight between 2 guys trying to kill each other. You can tell that Ajax is stronger than Deadpool and Deadpool is keeping up, but not winning in a straight fight. Instead, his progress is incremental as he inflicts damage on Francis. On the other hand, Francis is trying to get deadpool in a lock to destroy his head. By the end, Francis has already taken enough damage where even if he can't feel it, his muscles are not doing what he wants them to do and Deadpool has a far easier time breaking his arms than he did before.
It's so satisfying, knowing Deadpool is NOT the type of guy to just spare the villain, just so he can stab them in the back later. Nah, you bet your ass Wade is finishing that job.

I like Deadpool because the fighting has a new sense of reality, in all the other cases in movies where people are good at fighting, they're also protected by this great luck of never getting tragically hit by a bullet or anything, but since Deadpool can heal, the fighting is made more realistic, meaning that even tho he's really good at it, sometimes (just like it'd happen in a fight in real life) he just can't help but get hit by something, like the knife in the head, he survives yeah cuz he's got that power, but at least it shows how you can be a ninja all you want but sooner or later you'll get a mortal wound if you keep doing this, there's Harley Quinn, with some really awsome fighting techniques, but for some reason, whoever always shoots at her, can ne er hit target, I've literally seen a scene where a man with a shotgun first approached her until they were face to face and then tried to shoot, so obviously she killed him, but in real life you'd get shot in a second by someone using the brain and shooting you from a distance
